    Enjoyed how the how the various elements combined look a bit like a coral reef. Inspired to Sous Vid some small new potatoes.... Thank you for that inspiration.

    I have that same vacuum sealer; can anyone tell me how to vacuum seal without sucking the liquid out of the bag?

      Let the bag hang over the edge of the counter while you seal it. Also, you could freeze the contents and then seal.

    Sous vide takes too much dedicates equipment and creates plastic waste. That vegetable spaghetti machine is an even sillier gadget. Bet there are simpler and environment-friendlier ways to create great-looking, tasty, luscious food.
