Hello,
I purchased a GLC 400e with the AMG Premium package on January 26, 2023. After two months, I experienced issues with the transmission controllers. In fact, the gearbox repeatedly failed at high speeds, especially above 160 kilometers per hour, causing significant stress and concern for my own safety and that of my family while driving on the highway. This serious risk of an accident has put me and my family in danger.
After four attempts to diagnose the problem by Mercedes, starting from June 21, my vehicle has been at the Mercedes service center in Aschaffenburg, Germany. However, unfortunately, they do not have the necessary parts for the repair, and I am forced to wait until July 31. Undoubtedly, this lengthy delay has left me extremely dissatisfied and angry with Mercedes.
Until today, despite sending multiple emails to Mercedes and filling out their form, they have not made any contact or taken any actions to address my concerns and seek my satisfaction.
Send it to the hq in Germany
There is one and only one manufacturer that knows how to make hybrids. Toyota.

Beautiful Car and amazing electric range for a PHEV !
My Volvo V60 T8 Recharge PHEV has a reliable range of 90km on electric alone. That's with an 18 kwh battery which is much more efficient than the GLC. The Volvo batteries housed in the unused transmission tunnel. Brilliant location for center of gravity and space usage not interfering with luggage capacity. A combined HP of 460hp. Fast! Quality is very good and equal to my Mercedes C43 AMG Coupe. The only downside of the Volvo PHEV system is no DC fast charging capability. But I charge from home overnight or off my solar system so it not a big deal. I never thought I would rave about a Volvo but it is a VERY good car. I think significantly better value than this new GLC. But the pin stripe dash interior in the GLC is just beautiful!

@@jodu9965 The solar panels charge my house batteries during the day which is thus stored solar energy. At night that stored solar energy can then be transferred from the house battery to my car battery so it's still solar energy. Utility companies are installing massive battery packs to do the same thing. It's all about "stored energy", generated initially by the sun. 👍😊

I'm getting this over model y. Is it the right choice? Quality is much better I think.
All the hard plastic used on the lower half of the doors and dashboard is most disappointing. The interior LOOKS nice but those plastics make it FEEL cheap. I'd prefer substance over style any day.

Who wants to goto the charge station then to the gas station that’s too much headache right there for me. Then back to the charge station. They need to come out with electric car with solar panel panoramic roof with self healing body.
They need to design a self charging hybrid while maintaining the performance

There is a car with solar panels on the roof. In an average day of driving, it gave maybe enough extra power to get 5 extra miles of range. It's not very practical at all.
With most phev driving, you're not going to a charge station then gas station then back. If you can charge at home, most daily driving around town will utilize electric driving only. Then you charge it when you get home. You might go to the gas station once a month to month and a half. I work close to home. I charge my battery every third night. I keep my gas at half a tank and haven't been in three months since I very rarely use gas. I make a long trip once a month.
What trying say complete course fit to be good leader only one in time place who trying to up have drive motivation dedication complete task won't even talk

Der neue GLC Benziner 4 Matic 205 PS Baujahr 01.23 hat ein Geräusch Problem. Im Leerlauf und im langsamfahren ist ein hartes Klackergeräusche im Motor zu hören. Laut Mercedes ist es Serienbedingt also alle Motoren und verweigert Wandlung. Privat ist das Auto nie wieder zu verkaufen mit dem Geräusch. Für 60 600 Euro Mist gekauft. Also erst Probefahrt und hinhören mit dem gleichen Motor. 😢
