I wanna do fancy things w my share structure...
I invest in a startup company 2 years ago in their crowdfunding now they are in preparation for its public listing on nasdaq and hey are asking existing holders of Preferred Stock that now can convert those shares into Class A common stock, which will be the listed class of stock. Because the public listing will not be through a traditional IPO process what should I do is that good or bad newbie here
what is it that you do? im very interested in finance but im having trouble looking for the right path. I enjoy reading annual reports and prospectus for all kinds of funds, something about it interest me, a sort of challenge into what the company is trying to accomplish and how.
When do you start issuing different share classes? as soon as you become a C Corp? Or can you set this up whenever after becoming a C Corp?
Could be either so long as the shareholders agreed
I want to know why meta has private class A shares and then public B shares
please, try to explain the concept using pdf document, so that we can read also, i dont clearly hear what are you explaing, otherwise good explanation, 😊
You picked the wrong room to record your video. It sounds like you are in a drum. Also, though the background looks nice, the rain drops are distracting.
