Thank you Bobfan! In this debut these are the lyrics I hear. If you look up lyrics they do not really resemble these except for the chorus. I looked at several posted lyrics but for this particular performance they do not match at all. I might not have transcribed perfectly but I do think they are at least close. It is obvious that Bob must have changed lyrics when he played it. He only performed this song 9 times and they were all in 1984 between this debut and July 8th - so less than a month. He also had a few renditions that said: "I'm satisfied with you" instead of "enough is enough". I love how he performs this and also the band! Now I have to go check in out in my "Springtime in New York" box set! 🙌🏼 🤍dk Transcribed lyrics for this rendition: Walk to the corner baby Dry your eyes All brothers hypnotize Most will be hard baby Do it the hard way Oh will I ever hear you say 'Cause a dollar is a dollar And the boys downtown play rough You go back and tell em' baby Enough is enough. You should have called me For' the school yard bell Oh but it's hard to tell They all go tongue tied Others reach but I'd rather be lucky than be rich 'Cause a dollar is a dollar And the downtown boys play rough You go back and tell em' baby Enough is enough They're pulling phony money baby Sure don't know why It's enough to make you cry Oh dealings hard Say which is which But I'd rather be lucky than be rich 'Cause a dollar is a dollar And the downtown boys sure play rough You go back and tell em' baby Enough is enough Oh your friends that supported me I'd throw them back right now But I'm not sure I'd say how Half heart or honor Don't tell me which is which I'd rather be lucky than be rich 'Cause a dollar is a dollar And the shore-town boys sure play rough You tell em' baby Enough is enough

Walk to the corner baby
Dry your eyes
All brothers hypnotize
Most will be hard baby
Do it the hard way
Oh will I ever hear you say
'Cause a dollar is a dollar
And the boys downtown play rough
You go back and tell em' baby
Enough is enough.
You should have called me
For' the school yard bell
Oh but it's hard to tell
They all go tongue tied
Others reach
but I'd rather be lucky than be rich
'Cause a dollar is a dollar
And the downtown boys play rough
You go back and tell em' baby
Enough is enough
They're pulling phony money baby
Sure don't know why
It's enough to make you cry
Oh dealings hard
Say which is which
But I'd rather be lucky than be rich
'Cause a dollar is a dollar
And the downtown boys sure play rough
You go back and tell em' baby
Enough is enough
Oh your friends that supported me
I'd throw them back right now
But I'm not sure I'd say how
Half heart or honor
Don't tell me which is which
I'd rather be lucky than be rich
'Cause a dollar is a dollar
And the shore-town boys sure play rough
You tell em' baby
Enough is enough
