This was good work but look at @SquatUniversity your right knee is valgus (caving internally) when loading. You can really see it when you deadlift. You shift your weight to the left leg and right knee turns in.
Yup lol but they're also communicating technique (learning), mindset, and experience. This is kinda what belt training is like, you talk and adjust ect
Considering how the market has changed since he's lived there, that house has probably appreciated in value more than he made in any of his non-title UFC fights.
Yes it's something special about sports. You really have a bond for life when you've spilled each other's blood in front of the world, even if it's originally bad blood. Whether it's DJ and TJ, TJ and Cruz, Cruz and Faber, Cruz and Cody, Cody and TJ, TJ and Faber, hell you could even throw Cejudo into some of this. And that's just at bantamweight. But I also love seeing bitter rivals become bigger men and put things behind them for the most part and settle the issues they've had in the past for us all to witness, while they can be open about how it impacted their lives and careers, what they learned from each other, and what they learned about themselves in life by going through these years of back and forth. Even tho DJ and TJ didn't have this huge beef with each other, they were certainly looking at one another as food for their legacy at one point. 2 of the best pound for pound fighters ever
Yo tj if you find this comment my guy, it’ll be nice if you made workout content. You don’t even have to talk just hit record and upload it. You have a consistent watcher right here my man.
TJ's crib is like a mini palace. The guy looks healthier than ever and he has invested into longevity. That home gym set-up is a dream to have. TJ probably weighs 180lbs now. He's gotten really big.
@JudoOnTopxxSo? People like you are gross. The guy is 40 years old, retired with a bunch of injuries. If he wants to take trt and get jacked, so what? And it doesn’t do anything if you don’t work hard. People like you could take all the trt or steroids that you want and would never get in that kind of shape at 40. You can’t do it sitting behind your keyboard with Cheeto dust in your bellybutton no matter what gear you take. And if you don’t like someone, why sit around watching their videos and talking shit in the comments? It’s a sad. Get a life. Smh.
@billymetcalf2609 stop riding him so hard haha, im just saying people acting like he all of a sudden became big just from lifting, needs their facts corrected
@JudoOnTopxxThat is actually the first time I’ve ever made a reply in the comments like that. I don’t even normally engage in the comments but I just get so tired of seeing the shit. First, you act like being on trt or whatever automatically negates everything else. My point was that taking any of that stuff won’t do anything for anyone if they just sit on the couch and don’t work out- hard. A whole lot of work still has to be put in to receive the benefits of those substances. Second, and most importantly, I just can’t comprehend how people will spend their time sitting in front of their computer or phone, talking shit about other people’s lives. Like, I just can’t even imagine doing that. I don’t understand it. It’s low life, loser shit. Seriously, do something more with your life. Time is precious.
@lachlanm2115 90% are using’ is the go to excuse whenever someone actually gets caught. There’s a difference between rumors and popping for EPO, admitting it, and getting suspended. If ‘no one cares,’ then why did he get stripped and banned? The sport clearly cares you just don’t. And even with someone like Jon Jones, people still bring up the failed tests every time his legacy is discussed. Greatness doesn’t erase it, it just lives alongside it. I’ll give Dillashaw this his work ethic and skill are elite. But that’s exactly why the PEDs hurt his legacy even more. You can like him all you want, but pretending it doesn’t affect it isn’t loyalty it’s denial.
@TrueHaZard3its not an excuse, its the reality of high level sport. He got stripped and banned because he got caught, simple as that. The organisation has an image to uphold for people on the couch at home, so they hire q drug testing agency with incredibly easy to pass tests to seem legitimate. If you mess up and get caught you've got to take a fall. You think Usain bolt was natural? Lol. Like lance armstrong said, the top 200 were using the same stuff. People always bring up the ped stuff with jones because 90% of people hate jones, and people will always mention low hanging fruit first. Thats why when you go on a roy jones video almost noone mentions that he was doing peds, because he's liked. Also, jones is probably the most "tarnised" example of all time, and the organisation itself (dana, joe, 90% of the fighters) still refer to him as the goat. Why is that?
I'm not sure how well these vids do numbers wise but these vids go beyond views. This is for the culture and evolution of our sport. Because of content like this, it's education and also gives us long time fans the satisfaction of seeing these OGz come together and promote healthy training. Thanks for this Mighty Team. I hope to one day see he 10 year anniverdary of this type of content.
I'm just an ordinary guy in Brazil who was a huge fan of you two fighting at your peak, and seeing you both enjoying your retirement has been a heartwarming feeling. Stay healthy.
TJ is obviously a juicebox but I've also always believed he genuinely committed the hardest to strength & conditioning, because he seemed to actually enjoy it unlike most fighters.
You can tell he was committed, he only popped for that CCC fight which he should’ve never taken to begin with, idk why he thought he would be able to drop weight classes when he’s already lean for his.
The best athletes are the ones who take advantage of the performance benefits that peds offer by actually training hard with high quality and recovering better. He STILL trains too hard, but yes; more time training while still recovering is what produces higher coordination and power output
@alejandromacias2075 He definitely was cheating before that fight. Alpha male was calling it out years before. USADA just doens't test epo often because the test is expensive. It also leaves the body very fast. So the testers would need to come within like the 6 hour window.
@alejandromacias2075 Yeah, those pictures of TJ during that time period when/while he was cutting all that weight, aka pretty much killing himself, are super grim stuff! Glad he's doing well now, apart from all the multiple surgeries and residual pain, no doubt!
Really good video, the quality of it is perfect, vibe with TJ is also nice.Would really like to see someday a training session with Justin Gaethje,I think many people would love to see that as well.I hope D.J will make that happen
Preface: TJ is one of my favorite fighters. HOWEVER, for how injury prone he is, one can't help but wonder if he's massively overtraining, but also overcompensating with gadgets and "biohacking" to mitigate the damage he's doing to his body from which he never fully recovers. He trains hard, that's great, but it's high volume, high intensity, and highly dynamic in many cases. No amount of gimmicks with some research behind it is going to overcome training close to your limit or barely over (occasionally) paired with high quality rest, even with P.E.D.s. The man is incapable of rest or moderation.
Yo Michael I appreciate you looking for the perfect camera angle but I think sticking with a good angle is better than constantly changing looking for a better one.
as a person who had basic hyperbaric chamber operator training.. hearing that he's doing it himself is wild AF. The amount of shit that could go wrong is incredible.
real man, a lot of work for this kind of house and set up, big respect for Dillashaw, still juicy, thanks Mighty for this colab. God love people who work on yourself.
That sh*t was TOUGH
You're tough man
You tha man MM
MMA Cribs, New Series Lets Go Champ
This was good work but look at @SquatUniversity your right knee is valgus (caving internally) when loading. You can really see it when you deadlift. You shift your weight to the left leg and right knee turns in.
It's all about that EPO life 😅
DJ with the old "chatting to rest more" trick
"how do i do it again" works evertime.
Crafty vet move by DJ
Khabib didint play around with that 😂
Yup lol but they're also communicating technique (learning), mindset, and experience. This is kinda what belt training is like, you talk and adjust ect
Dj can do what he want he's too 3 greatest of all time and his career is better then tj!😊
His house is insane
Considering how the market has changed since he's lived there, that house has probably appreciated in value more than he made in any of his non-title UFC fights.
@SethGroats100%
@SethGroatsSacramento been expensive af....goodball😂😂😂😂
16 surgeries and still training like a beast
Dont forget the trt and peptides aswell
@uwotm8ty who cares? He’s 40 years old and still gets after it every day
@uwotm8typeople still crying about miracle drugs in the big 2026 is crazy
TJ probably still juicing.
@uwotm8ty Every inactive maybe even active fighter does something quit crying
It’s good to see all these guys coming together long after they are done with competing against one another
Yes it's something special about sports. You really have a bond for life when you've spilled each other's blood in front of the world, even if it's originally bad blood. These guys never fought each other 😆
@solomxnnI was like "Did they compete in a video game tournament or something"?
Ok but they never competed against eachother
@Xenamos everyone in the UFC competes against everyone else in the UFC in one way or another
I had to start working out in my living room while watching this. It felt wrong to sit on my couch, borderline disrespectful.
Absolutely. 🤝
Its a good habit - I do this every time I watch any kind of sport. There's always time for some stretching or shadow boxing 😁👊
Drinking my pre workout while watching this. Super motivating
Yo tj if you find this comment my guy, it’ll be nice if you made workout content. You don’t even have to talk just hit record and upload it. You have a consistent watcher right here my man.
Agreed👊🏽
Same 🥊
Facts
Think he said in the vid he tried starting an only fans with it, but ye I agree wish there was more stuff like this from him, I learnt a lot.
Completely agree !
TJ's crib is like a mini palace. The guy looks healthier than ever and he has invested into longevity. That home gym set-up is a dream to have. TJ probably weighs 180lbs now. He's gotten really big.
Yeah he literally says he weights 180 in the video lol
He juices bud lol
@JudoOnTopxxSo? People like you are gross. The guy is 40 years old, retired with a bunch of injuries. If he wants to take trt and get jacked, so what? TJ: "It's only 185"
DJ: "WTF?!" 😂😂😂
Hearing TJ talk now, it's like hearing Sean Strickland lol
Dang, I can't unsee/unhear it now
TJ "here's the thing you guys" Dillashaw
He's starting to slur his words too.. Sucks to see
It's like he's having a second puberty cause he phases in and out of his "old" voice and the middle-aged american redneck guy voice.
Tj Strickland 😅
Shoutout to mighty and his team putting out feature length films at such great quality
damn TJ is so fucking legit
Legit how when he tarnished his whole MMA Legacy after he got busted & suspended.
@DragonHeart61390% of fighters are using. It doesnt tarnish anything. 95% of people like him and then 5% like you cry about him on comment sections
@DragonHeart613he didn’t tarnish shit dude no one cares
@lachlanm2115 90% are using’ is the go to excuse whenever someone actually gets caught. There’s a difference between rumors and popping for EPO, admitting it, and getting suspended.

I thought that was batman counting reps for a minute
Two legends right there! Thank you gentlemen!
Love this collaboration
"It's crunchy in there"😂...felt, I got the same knees
You most of been a wrestler
My knees suck, but they don't crunch like that lol
😆
My knees feel like that but they don’t SOUND like that lol. Like you can hear them crunch but not that loud from that far away god damn 😂
I was never a tj fan but hearing this 41:15 made me feel for the guy it was just a genuine feeling of missing the sport
For real👌🏽
Agreed. Well captured moment. Props to the crew
Yeah that moment really captured a feeling that I'm sure a lot of retired fighters feel.
TJ still killing legends after retirement 😭😭💀💀
Demetrious is tremendously humble, we talking about one of the goats showcasing beginner mindset and open to learn
This one is an absolute Banger, two of the most skilled fighters ever
this was actually a sick video. might introduce some of those workouts into my own routine. Tj is insane lol
I'm just an ordinary guy in Brazil who was a huge fan of you two fighting at your peak, and seeing you both enjoying your retirement has been a heartwarming feeling. Stay healthy.
Your English is fucking A1. How doesn't Oliveria know a lick of it yet. 😂😂
36:30 TJ was pissed DJ did more haha love it the competitiveness is HIGH
TJs got some demons bro 😂😂😂
Retired but still tortures himself because he misses it
DJ during the hurdles “hey who you yelling at god damnit!” 😂
Wow we need a Mighty Cast pod episode with TJ.
One of the most knowledgeable, without a doubt!!
The best athletes are the ones who take advantage of the performance benefits that peds offer by actually training hard with high quality and recovering better. He STILL trains too hard, but yes; more time training while still recovering is what produces higher coordination and power output

It's nice to see someone come out of the UFC doing financially well for themselves. It's a damn rare sight. Good for TJ
I physically recoiled when TJ's knees crunched. What a horrifying sound.
14:00 that crunch made me freak 😂😂😂😂😂
Fucking nasty
TJ will always be one of my favourite mma fighters to watch fight and he's a great guy.
DJ and TJ actually mixed martial arts which made them exciting to watch.
20:45 don’t watch this around ppl with the volume up
43:54
that wipe out couldve been bad if he was a little bit further back.
Im glad hes safe tho.
Thought the same exact thing
Anything is bad if it didn't go well...
TJ had DJ questioning his life decisions...😅
Knees over toes guy collab would be sick!
The mentality and purpose of these champs is gold. I miss the military.
41:05 you know your tired when you walk around the tree instead of stepping over the band 😂
Damn TJ living good man!! beautiful house ! Fucking awesome!!! 🔥
What a cool video. TJ was once campaigning for a DJ fight. TJ’s regimen inspiring me to get back to working out
these two acting like middle school homies together is making it so fun to watch lmaooo
This is great, I love seeing these two get to hang out!
41:28 such a cool plan of two legends discussing together
Man TJ was always one of my absolute favorites man
14:40 I don't think they fixed him up good 😂😂😂😂
Finding book called TestoGenesis Protocol by Angelico should be non-negotiable. Its the kind of knowledge you cant afford to die without.
This is the book I wish I had 5 years ago. Would’ve saved me so much time.
Tj “I think I might break” dillishaw
TJ just taught DJ how he can build his legs...😂
I loved this video. Awesome to see two legends talk about fitness and diet. Very good advice throughout. Amazing colaberation here
“This is bullshit..” while continuously panting is my favorite line whenever im in camp too! Lmao
Really good video, the quality of it is perfect, vibe with TJ is also nice.Would really like to see someday a training session with Justin Gaethje,I think many people would love to see that as well.I hope D.J will make that happen
Close ur eyes and listen 18:43
😏
Same with 40:07 😂😂
The way DJ said “ooh wee” sounds just like Mr Poopy Pants
Thanks alot camera man. do better next time. 18:48
😂😂
TJ and DJ🔥
Killashaw !!! Warrior through and through. Fuk the haters
Certified EPO roid monkey destroyed his own legacy 🔥
@Double_Drunkfuk the haters
What a useless thing to say
Yeah who cares he used EPO and was a certified gym bully?
@HerzogVonBrixengo cry somewhere else "he was a gym bully" awwwww
They got belts for a reason!! 💪

Also, hyperbaric pressure does not "increase" telomere length. It MAY slow down telomere degradation, which is natural and inevitable
Great point and as a PT, I was thinking the exact same thing. He looks 'ok' technique wise, but he's over his skis on most of the exercises.
Cub said similar reasons why he stopped training with Coach Cal
Inner demons. We all deal with them differently.
31:08 "you gone make that jump" -DJ LMAO im rolling on the floor rn
2:11 6 to 7 eggs 😝🤪
Grow up
67😊😊
If DJ gets on TJ's "training regimen," we're going to see the real Mighty Mouse in no time...
💉💪🏻🐭
Yo Michael I appreciate you looking for the perfect camera angle but I think sticking with a good angle is better than constantly changing looking for a better one.
Dillashaw is still in my top 5 favourite MMA fighters of all time.. his 1st win against barao was absolutely insane.. an absolute legend.. 🤘🤘
same.. I like his fighting style, and also the way he trains as an athlete is incredible to see.
3:19 just wanna say tj that custom dyna u have in the back is butter👍
Step 1: shoot the EPO
Step 2: train harder than normals
He takes all the gear, not only epo
from enemies to friends.. life it's crazy.. this sport is crazy
7:36 looks like mighty mouse😂
TJ - so this is where you inject
DJ- 😮

Juiced EPO dude vs normal human
Hilarity Ensues!
Bro’s setup is genuinely elite
This is it! Education. Humility. And the goat.
40 is not old, I can do all of this pretty easily with zero knee pain!
Two mma masterminds
TJ living well. Kudos, wish him and his family well.
Amazing video
Dude TJ is just an encyclopedia of fitness/fight knowledge. Love the workout vidz! Mighty you and TJ should do fight breakdown vidz!
This is unreal!! ❤
as a person who had basic hyperbaric chamber operator training.. hearing that he's doing it himself is wild AF.
The amount of shit that could go wrong is incredible.
Beautiful house. Respect
Said it for years Tj is a Beast 💯
Thoroughly enjoyed this 👌
Really enjoyed this
Badass video
1:09:35 Haha that conversation about TJ not liking having music on all the time and DJs kids was such a vibe! 👏😂
TJ is an absolute beast!
real man, a lot of work for this kind of house and set up, big respect for Dillashaw, still juicy, thanks Mighty for this colab. God love people who work on yourself.
