I've used GTA Connected for these, but you can do the same with CheatEngine if you change these addresses (byte length, 0-255) to the same value:
00A10A2E, 00A10A42, 00A10AAA

I've updated the description with the ids. You also need to match the gametime or you might get a different effect. Sometimes the game can crash at certain areas or randomly.
