A good rehab specialist understands regressed and modified movements while aligning with the principles of progressive overload. They understand informed consent and honestly provide the patient with all the information they would need to make the best decision for themselves. There is always risk when dealing in pain & injury rehab, but if someone truly wants to heal then they must understand the risks and what it takes to force the body to adapt and become more resilient.

not if u are adopted... sitting on the ground and standing is easy and healthy..m chair sitting long time bad... slowly gwt used to replacing your living places with oportunitys for that and watch the gains come... its easy... we just are very poorly adopted to it if we dont do it often
Pulled my back last month, always the same spot. Getting better, pulled it again last night as i was doing my nightly stretch. Different spot, pain finally gone after 12ish hours. Tight everywhere now, back still stiff from first incident. Running seems to help a lot, ill run tomorrow. Some odd reason running make everything fluid again.
Worked along side a friend 10 years ago, who worked with GSP and Dominick Cruz at Sports Science Lab in Orange County and they used that equipment called a SuperCat.
