  • The best plum balls are usually those from mother❤ This also applies to me, because I have never eaten better anywhere else. It's a classic flour dish that most of us know and that reminds us of our childhood🙂 Now is the best time to prepare them since it's plum season, but of course you can enjoy them at any time of the year 👍 Be sure to try it friends, they are really amazing!!! !
    Short description of the procedure:
    Peel the boiled potatoes, add a little salt and mix with flour. We should get a semi-soft, soft dough.
    Mix the plums with sugar and cocoa. You can add sugar and cocoa according to your taste.
    Roll out the dough to a thickness of approx. 6-7 mm and cut it into squares. Put 1.5 plums on each dough and close it well. We should get the shape of a ball 🙂 We put the balls in boiling, slightly salted water. When they float to the top, we count the time from then and cook them for 10 minutes.
    Take the finished product out of the water and mix it with a piece of butter.
    Heat the oil in a pan, add the breadcrumbs and, stirring frequently, fry it slowly until nicely browned. Add granulated and powdered sugar to the still hot breadcrumbs and mix. Mix the balls with breadcrumbs and serve

    Dough:
    1 kg of potatoes
    350g smooth flour (all purpose flour)
    A little salt
    Filling:
    Plums
    Cocoa
    Powdered sugar
    For wrapping:
    300g breadcrumbs
    200 ml powdered sugar
    100 ml granulated sugar
    50 ml of oil
    a little butter for boiled dumplings
