Do you guys know about Japanese ghost crab?
I’ve seen this crab before and I’ve tried it.
But, seeing this much ghost crabs at once was my first time. It was kind of creepy. There were just so many crabs moving all together.
But you all know who I am, I’m Ssoyoung! Haha!
I fried all of them and stir-fried them to make some great dishes!
They don’t need to be dressed at all. You can eat it as a whole.
It just need to be washed enough because of dirt. So I washed them more than 10 times with salt. But dirts were keep coming out from them.
Even though it was hard to prepare it, I was very satisfied after I tried it.
It was very crunchy and crispy. A perfect food for beer!
I wanted to drink some beer but since I opened up the 2nd channel “SsoyoungTalk” to show you guys how to diet and lose weight, I decided not to drink beer!!
