If anyone is interested in acquiring these games, you got until January 6 to get em on steam cause they are getting delisted, mostly cause the publishers cant get in contact with the devs to transfer the publishing rights back to them.
What the hell happened to the graphics between this and Black Package..? The bullet visuals for one are clearly superior in this version, and IMO so are the backgrounds. It's like they remade essential parts of the presentation in lower quality just to fuck with the West. I will probably never understand why. The patterns and pacing in this version seem much more interesting as well. The only thing I'd keep from BP is the soundtrack. Also, good job as always.

Your video helped a lot in me learning the ways to approach various things in the game when I started to begin working on this game, and now, as of earlier this morning, I, too, actually 1cc'd eXceed 3rd: JP on Ultra Mode, and even made my very own video of it as well just earlier! Looking at this, seems more like a eXceed 2 without the Ikaruga gameplay. Same HUD and what have you. It is a HECK of a lot faster thought that's for sure. Interesting they felt to slow it down for the Black Label, thought I gotta say the backgrounds look a lot better in BL then they do here. ( Also the multi color bullets would make me blind, I am SOOO happy for the more unified coloring BL gave ).

Yeah, believe the games got delisted on steam at the beginning of this year cause the publishers (Nyu Media) were closing up, tried to hand back ownership of the games to various devs, but they could just never get in contact with the exceed devs to give the rights back, so its probably very unlikely this will get any kind of port.
i don't know but the attack at about 7:10 is "dimmu-borgir" in the english version, which is icelandic. that's definitely what it says in katakana but it's spelled weirdly. there's probably lots of stuff like that.
