Looks like hardstyle started going through another revolution sometimes 2nd half 2010. Year 2007 - 2010 it was Headhunterz, Noisecontrollers, Max Enforcer, Wildstylez, Frontliners etc. that ruled the scene, now 2010-2011 it appears lots of newcomers are starting to surface and rise quickly, such as Wasted Penguinz, Arkaine, Neilio and Code Black. All these have the kind of style which is trendy atm in hardstyle.
I plunge in total trance... Listening to this song, makes me think about everything good for a while...All Good Memories that we all have in our hearts.. Don't fall down for nothing, life is so amazing, you can't even imagine how... ^^ People, Live and Love the music, be happy..! Life Is So Beautiful....
but i gotta say this is very close to melancholia, they are using the same effects but the kick in the qlimax is not pitched the same, but their lyrics, their feelings and melodies are just beautifull, Jon & Pontuz, you sure are the best hardstyle with fine melodies, kicks and lyrics that i have ever layed my eyes and ears on. You make me want to be a producer myself, make music that will make people happy, will make them satisfied with the music they listen to. Keep it up Guys! :D

Hardstyle in 2011 was very different compared to Hardstyle in 2015 (if I understood you right) which you are refering to. When I listen to Hardstyle, I think more about the feeling and drive/energy of a track than sound design and structure. The feelings and drive tracks like these have are a rarity nowdays. There is a reason why most of the Hardstyle tracks I listen to nowdays are older tracks... Also, calling me stupid for having a different opinion is pretty stupid itself. I don't understand people like you who start getting butthurt over something so simple as an opinion about music. Not everyone will think like you do and agree with everything you say. I say what I think and I base it on how I perceive things. If that is hard to accept then maybe you should stop reading RUclips comment. Take care.

But it is quite obvious now that you and I don't share the same taste in Hardstyle (when it comes to how we perceive feelings, energy/drive etc). I find it funny how you seem to think I am unaware of the scene. Look up some of the older tracks (especially Headhunterz older tracks) and you'll find more people who think just like I do. Are all of us unaware? :P

What classifies this style is shorter intros/outros, more trancy tunez (well more melodies overall) and pitched kicks.
