Hey! Happy New Year from Chugiak. Running your video as motivation and company as I finish cleaning up my shop from mother nature's reminder. My poor shop was so trashed and time has been at a premium. It took me 40 min. of moving stuff away from the back of the door, through a 5" gap, just to get so I could get in the door and assess the mess. Not to mention a couple times I had been chased out by aftershocks that I now started to refer to as "chain yankers". I'm almost to the point I can start working in here again. It's nice to watch you be creative till I can again. Thanks.
I LOVE this!! Definitely on my list of things to try. Such an amazing final result, and it wasn't as hard as I expected! Thank you for taking the time to show us how it's done.
Excuse me can you do a tutorial for a starry night sky again but with Crayola colored pencils? I need to know what Crayola colored pencils I should use instead of Prismacolor.
With the Prismas, and I've used them often, how are you avoiding wax blooms? Kind of looks like as you blend there is pressure.... Not sure how to lay down so many colors w/o the wax blooms.... haha-- never mind..... yes, dreaded wax blooms....
Tried smoothing my artwork out with coconut oil and i regret it. It longers and bleeds through the back. It changed the consistency of my prismacolors and it just smears around and at the same time it isnt a smooth look.
I'm sorry but I thought you were tutoring this? It would of been nice if you slowed down and tell us exactly what colors we needed AND. the big thing you should of warned us about is that stick thing you use as u said we could use Vaseline..well I pauded 100 ×'s just to see what she doing ..I think you need to remember we're amateurs trying to learn but it's u fortunate I'll be going to another cuz you should really speak what hour doing and with what
Blending with a white pencil was my biggest take away from this video. Thank-you! You now have a new subscriber.

Excellent. I want to use this kind of sky for a background for a picture of a screaming banshee

wow, that soooo effective!! I looked everywhere for Gamsol but no-ones ever heard of it so will give baby oil a go!!
Thank you! Gamsol is just odorless mineral spirits. You can ask for it in the house paint section or hardware section.
I got gambol from Amazon it's great for blending night skies
Very nice love it. Thanks for the lesson.
Amazing

Is this coloring page available for download? The link in the description doesn't work for me

@@CristinAF thank you very much! Can't wait to try out the tutorial 😊
@@CaityRaindrop you’re very welcome! It’s an older tutorial so I hope it’s still helpful!
If your hands are cramping while using colored pencils it's because you are gripping your pencil too hard, we call it a death grip.
Thank you! 💐
Vaseline also breaks down Prisma color pencils or wax based pencils in general
Excellent ... :)
How about the moon???
