We Nepali people play dheusire and bhaili during Diwali. We go house to house sing songs and dance and the owners offers chawal flowers money etc to the group. This is the best best memory of mine as i used to perform this so much till I was a teenager❤️🥺🙁 Oh you can also ask Shraddha I'm sure she must be knowing about it.
I favourite memories of Diwali are decorating home , buying new things , inviting friends , chilling with loved ones and ofcourse eating delicious food 💖🤩
My favourite diwali moment is going out and giving diya and mithai to people who don't have light around them(homeless or people not having proper shelters) as it is our family tradition. I enjoy eating prashaad and helping my mother lighting up my entire home. Thanks for sharing in budget makeup

Favourite memory of diwali has to be the decorating the whole house and getting ready to feel all the festivities.... Also I remember my father(muslim by religion) getting lots of mithai and lighting to make sure my mom(hindu by religion) celebrates the festival to the fullest.... It's one of the most romantic gestures and also a great way to teach me and my siblings that all religion are equal and festivals should be celebrated with same joy.... 🤗❤
My favourite memory of diwali is that every year i help my mother to clean the whole house😇 decorate it on the day of diwali 😇help her in making delicious foods and sweets🥰and then performing all the rituals of diwali with the whole family 😚🥰this is really special for me💖😍
My fav diwali memory is, when our whole family was together my all sisters n brother now every1 is married or doing job in different cities . we rarely celebrate any festival together due to diff priorities n work. we used to eat homemade rasgullas by papa and also suran ji sbzi 😂, cracking fire with my brother and friends, helping mumma in doing cleaning n decorating the house, distributing sweets to society's neighbours and needy people.. i loved that phase very much.. we take things for granted untill that thing is gone.. Happy diwali to everyone n u di 😘😘
My favourite diwali memory from childhood is, how we'd wait for the sun to set, so that we can actually see, how beautiful every house looked with all those lightings, diyas and the fire crackers rocketing right up to the sky and bursting, bringing lot of joy to us 😭 (I am a muslim by religion)

There we had restrictions like raste pe nh jaana patakha nh phodna nd all only lighting diyas .In my pg we were from various parts of India. We had our small diwali in one girl's balcony we all shared sweet moments we had with our families. What all they used to do when they were at home. We lit some jhurjhuris too 😅 that was the least we could do although our owner had the dinner arranged gujjiyas , biriyani n all. That diwali we came to know how people celebrate Diwali in each part of India . ❤️
