It's just like a well placed individual in London ordering the police in London to go to Manchester to go arrest an individual without a court order/warrant. Even when the London police doesn't have any jurisdiction in Manchester. It's also like the NYPD( New York Police Department) going to CT( Connecticut) to arrest someone. Because someone Well connected in NYC gave such an order. Even no Governor or Mayor of any states in the United States can give such an order for an arrest of a person in a different state. Now you have multiple charges by different people in different states in Nigeria of Dele Farotimi. So what democracy is Nigeria practicing? Kangaroo system. Nigeria has become a Banana Republic. Your democracy is a joke. Nigeria has become a laughing stock to the rest of the world. The entire world only know Nigeria for the massive corruption of its government and politicians. Does that mean that "looters of public funds ", criminals and miscreants can not be punished after being caught up with stolen money? Why are the political class commit crimes and go without being punished? Is it part of the 1999 Constitution?
