The new owners should let Thomas Tuchel dictate signings that he feels will complete his puzzle. Chelsea is not far from matching the level of competition that has been reached by Liverpool and Manchester City but getting there will depend on the signings to be made. The number of finals that they have played since the arrival of Tuchel prove that he's a great coach.

Roman did a good job at Chelsea. But the circumstances due to the political ties with Putin have caused things to end in an undesired manner. It was a good era.
Just remember half the uk government had ties to Jimmy saville. Guilty by association cant be used against our own politicians though, its contradictory of law for everyone aside from roman.

CB: Joško Gvardiol (Perfect Rudiger replacement)
CB: Kalidou Koulibaly (Perfect Thiago Silva replacement)
CDM: Ruben Neves (Cheaper Alternative then Rice)
CM: Youri Tielemans (Perfect replacement for Jorginho)
RW: Serge Gnabry (Perfect replacement for Ziyech or Pulisic or Werner)
ST: Lautaro Martínez (Swap between Lukaku & Lautaro Martinez)
Instead of Youri Tielmans, we can recall Connor Gallagher. Gnabry for Ziyech would be great. We don't need Lautaro when we have Timo.

Chelsea should target Hyryläinen, Gvardiol, Kounde and Tchouaméni. These players will be great additions for the club. Other than that, they must give a chance to the recalled loanees like Connor, Gilmour and Broja. Players like Mbuyamba and Lewis Colwill will also strengthen the defence alot.
Generally agree, just the last 4 youngsters still need to grow and would be better to do so at other PL teams, just to avoid critics and pressure from winning for the time being, this would allow them better chance to fulfill their full potential.
get rid of pulisic and bring a better player,more clinical like Nkunku, Florian Wirtz, Mertens. A player to suport Lukaku, to make connections betwen Lukaku or Havertz or Broja and Mount.... we just need a playr like Mane is for Liverpool or Son for TOTTENHAM ... a LINK UP player in attack

Teams with big projects for future new castle man united chelsea arsenal plus already well established teams man city and Liverpool. Don’t forget about Tottenham who fill fight at least top 6 or top 4. Plus other mid fields trying to build strong teams to get a Europe league football. The management have to decisive and quick in the transfer market. There is no time ahead of the new season, so many key players are leaving the club, many challenges are awaiting next season. The issues of loan players is there as well. Hopefully, we overcome this challenges and get some good players in the summer.

For me, this year and in the year ahead midfield is a major concern. The Saul experiment didn't work. I'm excited for Gallagher to return but I feel like we need Declan Rice or another impact mid.
Been a Chelsea fan long enough to know that our biggest problem under Abramovich was mental strength. We need it more than anything, we lost important games while having the best squad to our opponents.
Wait, what?? Mental strength (alongside experience and a bit of luck) is literally what won them the Champions League in 2012

I know it's a game but everytime i manage Chelsea in a football manager game. I never buy players for the earlier seasons because their loan players are actually amazing. Gallagher and Gilmour should really be given chances. And also develop colwil. Amazing talents already at the club.

I want us to give Broja an opportunity at first team football. Why dip into the market for a striker when we can see if he can make it in our team? Yes a Lewandowski for example would be fantastic to have but Broja is there and I think ready to make the leap into our team

The new owners should fire the people doing the scouting and Marina before putting out a cent. We don't have a DOF and Marina never wanted one. She doesn't have a football brain. We've been having terrible transfers for the last 5 years. There'll be more blunders in this window unless she listens to the manager, which she doesn't do.

I'm sure its going to be a busy summer & believe we should be selling/losing 10-12 players but I know that's not necessarily a good scenario!
I remember 12 months ago all we needed was the final piece of the jigsaw (which turned out to be Lusaka in the end), & now we're in a worse situation with us needing to rebuild through the whole team!
Out - Rudiger & Christensen we already know about, Kepa, Azpi, Alonso, Jorginho, Kante, Barklay, Saul, Bakayoko, Pulisic, Ziyech, (Lukaku?)
Back - Broja, Gallagher, Ampadu, Gilmour, Kenedy
In - Rice, Kounde, Torres, Sterling, Lewandowski
If players want to feel important shouldn't they atleast perform first i would sell all of them and get a bunch of new fowards but due to our defensive issues i would be happy letting one of them leave and getting one new attacker
