- A Georgian built town house built to 1/12 scale. Currently occupied by a man and his wife living in the late 1800s. They also employ a butler, cook and maid to carry out duties around their house.

Thank you for your comment, but as the description says, this house is occupied by a family living in the late 1800s, in fact the late Victorian era. Just like people today live in houses built during an earlier time, this Victorian family live in a Georgian house, and of course have had it modernised by installing electric lights.
However, it's just a hobby for fun and not meant to be taken too seriously!

WOW! This was delightful to get the grand tour! Loved the sound effects! Too many things to point out each and every one, but, do want to tell you that I just loved the Sampler cross-stitch in the children's room. I can see the love in every room, nice job - well done!

My daughter spotted that there is another Caroline Cobham with a Georgian dolls house - this is a phenomenal coincidence! I too put electric lights and Victorian characters even the wall papers were not georgian + carpet on stairs - all ripped out to bring it back to Georgian - what a headache! would love to get in touch with you.

If you want authentic Georgian style - all lighting will be candle light - they did not have electricity - also the dolls dress in this video is more Victorian - a common mistake. I had not done enough research when buying my house and have since changed the decor and pulled out all electric lights, adding the right ones. It was a costly mistake ....'just don't want you to make the same one!
He states the house is Georgian, not the period, which is Victorian.

Why not? Why do you say this house is not Georgian in the slightest? Is there something not quite right with the architecture? The family is not Georgian of course, they are Victorian, just as families today live in old houses but have modern furniture and technology.
