Akshat sir recently I was reading an article by finshots and I got to know that among the top picks for credit cards among HNWIs are 1) Amex 2) HDFC Cards 3) Axis Cards. Although in terms of numbers SBI cards has the second highest number of credit card holders but it is not so popular among the affluent class so can it be the reason that people will start switching from SBI cards to Jio cards if Jio Financial starts giving lucrative offers and stuffs to attract new customers? HDFC and Axis will not be effected much because they target the affluent class as well unlike SBI Cards which caters to only masses and middle class people.
What does someone do to pay of one's debt or raise nearly free capital in an era of high interest rates??? 1-.Create a made up company with no declared business plan. 2-Add a tacky name to it, say "Jio" something. 3-.Create some shares and give it very high made up value . 4-Creat some buzz around it using influencer's. 5.Get retail investors exited about it by calling it a Multibagger and getting them to pay for your loan with zero interest.
Rule No 1, never believe what RUclipsrs say in stock market. Just check the PE ratio of JFS. It maybe bought around 120 or less. It doesn't have any defined business model as of now too
In this case you can’t decide on the basis of PE It’s calculated based on assets it holds And the valuation is high because it holds 6-7% stake in Reliance Industries

The idea of investng a significant sum of money may be both thrilling and intimidating. There is potential for considerable wealth increase with the correct strategy. How can one take advantage of compound interest and potentially grow your retirement savings to about $1M over time?
Yes, a good number of folks are raking in huge 6 figure gains in this downtrend, but such strategies are mostly successfully executed by folks with in depth market knowledge

Hi Akshat, good presentation on the whole. But do not agree with your view of Baj Fin not being impacted by JFS entry as in my opinion:- 1. Reliance Retail with 18600+ stores has Reliance digital under it the leader in Cons goods, 2. With data from Jio and a ready retail platform with so many footfalls JFS will pick the low hanging fruit and target baj fin consumer loans, BNPL, equated EMIS schemes, and yes even Cred. 3. JFS will leverage it's existing data be it with Jio telecom or Reliance retail and they are premium customers or top 1% + @ 15% of middleclass pyramid. 4. The aggregator model will definitely come but later. PayTm won't be impacted immediately as their target audience is the balance of the middle class and the bottom of pyramid. 5.With X- ICICI top guns in management they will play to their experience and that is Target the top 1% where credit Volumes and margins and stickiness is higher.
Truth be told, the potential customer base be it middle class, poorer class or upper crust, the Indian consumer is getting smarter. A lot have learnt the modus operandi of a giant like RIL. They've seen it with Jio tel, many who switched over to Reliance from Airtel and voda/idea have realised that their gains were short-lived. Bajaj Fin is backed by Big Fish too, so very difficult for RIL to shàke them. Collaboration could be a way of the future.

Hey akshat, once again you have come out with a gem of analysis about an uncertain futuristic stock, which may become multi-bagger, who knows ???? I have been pondering over this aspect since few days, but couldn't get the requisite conviction to buy this. But, after listening to your incisive analysis, I have got what i need. Nobody can predict future with 100% certainty, but "darr k agge jeet hai" - that is the psychology of the winners.
BlackRock has tried his hands in Indian stock market earlier also and failed miserably. Also jio will get a tough competition from zerodha who have also applied for starting its own mutual fund, they have already build a strong distribution network. In insurance sector they might succeed as I think they are gonna to work hand in hand with irda for all in one insurance policy as in both jio and irda all in one insurance policy LIC is the biggest stake holder
They can play in wide range (in reliance electronics as a nbfc / emi, pay in reliance smart bazar, jio fashion factory, smart stores pay with jio UPI for cash back etc possibilities are many They also can offer low cost passive funds With the money they have they can do some shopping and buy companies and do mergers and acquisitions

I am not sure but are we not over estimating Jio and under estimating other players ? 1.Can Jio financial kill phone pe and Gpay in UPI ? Even Amazon pay hasn't been able to . 2. Can Jio tv really beat Netflix and Amazon Prime ? 3. We have Groww and Zerodha to buy mutual funds ,why should we use Jio platform to buy ? Jio is trying to do too many things at once , i am not sure they can get things done from scratch, but I definitely feel they are going to buy companies like Groww or Navi to accelerate their growth plans

For all the people puting down negative comments about jio finance. Just answer 1 simple question if i buy 10000 stocks today till next year. What are the chances that my portfolio will be positive or negative. This simple answer is enough. I say it will be 100% positive
This guys seems quite reasonable to me in the past, and his video made lot sense to me in the past. However, this probably seems to be a sponsored video to me?? How can you defend a company to retail investors whose even business model is unknown? Might be a ploy to make small investors purchase a stock which large institutional investors have to sell mandatorily due to index compulsions (with not enough buyers and therefore is hitting lower circuit since listing)... And qualify by saying that its not an investment advice 😅

Hi @Akshat , can you please make a short video on JFS and the reasons for its exclusion from the BSE and maybe the NSE too ? And what should /can anyone who has purchased these shares do now. Thanks a million.🙏🏻
Retailers are booking profits now, It was priced at 118 something, few brokerages have it around 180, somewhere between that range institutions both domestic and foreign will start accumulating. Then it start picking up some pace. Just like jio, it will start eating into the nbfc space.
@Akshat Shrivastava, Firstly thank you for the video. I remembered that you have mentioned about Jio fin services can't beat Bajaj Fin using a monopoly method due to the leader Bajaj is already implemented the lean. My point is this video is little contradictory with the previous one. Please clarify.
Start of the video : do wait and watch i will tell you when i will buy jio financiql services End of the video : i will announce on my member community when i will buy. So typical 😂
Akshat starts with Jio Mutual fund and advertisement costs at 1/100th of cost. Is he saying right thing ?! In my knowledge, this transaction will be governed by Related party transactions Act. If they take less money from Jio MF, it is known as fraud. Am I wrong?!
Jio financial has to buy at the same rate ad slots as other companies as it's a separate business as per transfer pricing and related party transactions laws - Just a clarification - Pls correct the opening part of the video
Sir with no dosagreements please clarify when you exited reliance ind last month your view on conglomerate adani ambani specially. Had a negative view as i could understand as u said money can be transferred from 1 company to other and manipulation can be done .
Today there was news going around that promoters of COFORGE have sold their entire stake in a block deal. So the question is why the COFORGE stock rose 10% today instead of falling?
If the promoters sold it ... Then somebody bought it right??? Zomato had a big insider sale yday and the stock rose. Long story short it is the ambient environment around a sale which determines if the stock will rise or fall. If the environment is positive then the stock rises; if the environment is negative, it falls. Just find out who bought the shares. If it's a credible organisation, FII, FPI etc .... Then that could be a reason for the rise.

If in case there is an index rebalancing, that will impact the index, but how is it related to the individual share price of this stock..? There is no MF invested yet and it seems no one is showing interest to buy.

Jio finance is highly expensive stock, it does not have any business still There's a reason why it's in lower circuit Don't know y these finfluencers fool people with good packaged commentary and sell their dabba courses
As per my knowledge Mutual fund companies need a good track record (like giving wonderful returns in preceding 3-5 years) to acquire customers but in case of jio financial service there is no track records of such...so why people will go buy jio's mutual fund when there is a lot of better options available in the market....and when you are talking about less expense ratio of mutual fund then I don't think so people will be attracted to this type of scheme....they want higher returns rather than saving money in commissions or other type of fees.
He literally told about navi that how they offered low expense ration to gain aum. They entered through index funds where the performance is somewhat similar so people mostly look at ER only.
Do you have insight on Blackrock deal with Jio -- 1 - what kind of management control they would have? 2 - is thier a agreement to have use Aladdin by Jio Financial services?
There is always a direct influencing or indirect influencing. If 30 sec cost around 60lac just think how much influencers are getting paid. You place ad on TV, newspaper, hoarding direct influence. But if thats through giving knowledge using influencer ohh hoo thats high impact on youth (GenZ and millenials) even premium charged by Social media influencers.
Jio will enter into leasing, taking BlackRock international business experience, with environment mgmt in its favour. Hope good sense prevails ji before it is too late.🙏.

Nobody can predict future with 100% certainty, but "darr k agge jeet hai" - that is the psychology of the winners.
i Feel sorry for u man
I bought it today around 460 shares at Rs 214 per share. Will hold it and keep investing in dips.
Not only Reliance, most of the big companies do this. This is so common in capitalism
Har koi chor hai, jisko mauka milega vo chori karega, jisko nehi milega vo gyan dega, ki ye galat hai, desh khatre mein hai
TV 18 is connected to Reliance, has never paid a single pie to small shareholders from the time of inception.
Finnovationz zindabad
They haven't failed they made good profit, they want full control and 100% stake in Dsp haven't agreed
They can play in wide range (in reliance electronics as a nbfc / emi, pay in reliance smart bazar, jio fashion factory, smart stores pay with jio UPI for cash back etc possibilities are many
They also can offer low cost passive funds
With the money they have they can do some shopping and buy companies and do mergers and acquisitions
Hey Akshat Please consider making video on portfolio hedging using stocks Options..
But Ambani family never allowed retailers to make money from their shares
Long term brother, long term.
I loose money when company lose money that is ok but i loose money but company makes profit is not good
Bhai maine to uski price volatility mein se hi achhe paise banaye hai. Reliace HDFC TCS have lion's share in the NIFTY indices woh roz bhagne lage to index kaise manage hoga? 😂

Bajaj finance is at ₹4.31T
Jio finance is at ₹1.44T
Its not a multibagger i guess
I am not sure but are we not over estimating Jio and under estimating other players ?
1.Can Jio financial kill phone pe and Gpay in UPI ? Even Amazon pay hasn't been able to .
2. Can Jio tv really beat Netflix and Amazon Prime ?
3. We have Groww and Zerodha to buy mutual funds ,why should we use Jio platform to buy ?
Jio is trying to do too many things at once , i am not sure they can get things done from scratch, but I definitely feel they are going to buy companies like Groww or Navi to accelerate their growth plans
❤ Sirjee, namshkar 🙌🙏.
You are always smiling handsome man of positive mood😊👍🏼. No boring of watching your videos like flowing river water👍🏼. Thank you sir🙏.
Now i know why you are london school of economics educated..Nevertheless i enjoy watching and learning from your videos..Thanks
You were absolutely right akshat 🙌🏻🙌🏻 whatever you have predicted for JIO finance it's confirmed by Mukesh Ambani in AGM
Fair price is 120-136..
Right now its very very expensive.
Absolutely wonderful analyst..... super sir... thankyou
Reliance market capture in YARN(synthetic) is kind of monopoly also. I think its 90%.
Very nice video with superb analysis and good information .
Thank you akshat srivastava❤
I think Jio mart and reliance digital will be a great kick start for them to target customers with discretionary spending capability
Very true
Simple logic, I have never seen bajaj
Finance advertisement. So I have ended up vedio in 30 secs
High quality content. Thanks Akshat. Much appreciated.
Thank you Akshat, your analysis is full of content and extremely critical. Good.😀
Excellent analysis. Buy at around 210 to 220 and wait for 2 years to see your money grow.
Initially while starting the speech he told that he will tell At wat price he will buy . While completing the video he told to join member community to know … 😊😊😊😊
Selling his dabba courses and membership plans
99% people just watch for time pass when there is no content available.. 😂
Just say you are broke and move on , people actually make decent money of his suggestions
@17:37
There is no member community. It’s a farce. I joined it and it took me to his Instagram page where he tried to lure me to join meta and trade in bitcoin. He gets a 10% commission on the trades his so called member takes. Such a cheat. Should be reported.
Thanks for the in-depth analysis sir 🙏
Aaj 413 share buy Kiya Hai @259 hope future Acha hoga
As usual detailed and simplified video by Akshat. Your videos are very practical and informative.
At the end ask to join
Admirable....you really do a lot of homework before doing the video....
Akshat you are damn good in understanding the things and explaining it in a simple manner- Brain like you is awesome creation of God
@Akshat Shrivastava - superb analysis and outlook --- do you foresee Jio entering Banking not as NBFC but Jio Bank
For all the people puting down negative comments about jio finance.
Just answer 1 simple question if i buy 10000 stocks today till next year.
What are the chances that my portfolio will be positive or negative.
This simple answer is enough.
I say it will be 100% positive
For Consumer Finance, They can use Reliance Digital network which is fairly established.
He can sleep peacefully from today.. no more tension of income tax raids
Rightly said!
Very good observation
5:32 Please reply akshat sir
From where did you get the design? I mean how did you know that "Jio" will works on all these services and it will benifit "Jio financial services"?
Please reply jarur karna, I love to watch your insigtfull videos.
Usually there are many silly mistakes in your video subtitles. This one repetitively reads GEO .
Bohot sahi analysis karte ho sir aap 👏👏🙏🙂
Very good analysis which is not possible for overall people who are not closely in market. Can you make video on how banking and finance made USA and europe rich and India will rich through banking and finance?
kya baat hai kya cheez hai paisa
Very few people speak the truth keep going...
Hi @Akshat , can you please make a short video on JFS and the reasons for its exclusion from the BSE and maybe the NSE too ? And what should /can anyone who has purchased these shares do now. Thanks a million.🙏🏻
Super analysis Akshat Ji 🎉🎉🎉
I bought 60 shares. It's been down 5% each day. Really worried.
That happens when you buy without even knowing fundamental and illogical way. Have strength to hold it will be a multibagger.
wait 1 year now..
Keep the faith... If it's run by the richest person in India then I hope that one day it will be a multibagger...
@@Guiding100valuation matters
Retailers are booking profits now, It was priced at 118 something, few brokerages have it around 180, somewhere between that range institutions both domestic and foreign will start accumulating. Then it start picking up some pace. Just like jio, it will start eating into the nbfc space.
@Akshat Shrivastava, Firstly thank you for the video. I remembered that you have mentioned about Jio fin services can't beat Bajaj Fin using a monopoly method due to the leader Bajaj is already implemented the lean. My point is this video is little contradictory with the previous one. Please clarify.
I feel at today's price of around 220 rs I feel if you look at long term horizon 4 to 5 years it should reach higher than 1000.
Start of the video : do wait and watch i will tell you when i will buy jio financiql services
End of the video : i will announce on my member community when i will buy.
So typical 😂
Dear SEBI, please take action on this financial pandit
Akshat starts with Jio Mutual fund and advertisement costs at 1/100th of cost. Is he saying right thing ?!
In my knowledge, this transaction will be governed by Related party transactions Act. If they take less money from Jio MF, it is known as fraud. Am I wrong?!
U are right sir before 7 days 😊.
CONGRATULATIONS JIO FOR AMAZING JOB
Sponsored by Jio? 😂
@nitinsinghal182 Surprised to know you are Ambani friends letting you know Jiofin will be sponsored. Keep it bro😊
Jio don't need youtubers to reach customers. They were on different level now

Jio financial has to buy at the same rate ad slots as other companies as it's a separate business as per transfer pricing and related party transactions laws - Just a clarification - Pls correct the opening part of the video
America became rich not because of Finance. It was because of technology and innovations.
Is it a sponsored, dear? But I’m buying at every circuit 😊
Sponsored?
In previous videos he said that cutting prices will not affect AMC market, complete U turn
Sir with no dosagreements please clarify when you exited reliance ind last month your view on conglomerate adani ambani specially. Had a negative view as i could understand as u said money can be transferred from 1 company to other and manipulation can be done .

Comment upon LIC…many of us who got it during IPO are still in loss…should we continue to hold it or book my losses and come out…thanks
Below 100 would be good entry point.
Never going to happen
Below 50 would be a good entry point for this so-called Multi bagger.
what happened to the operations of earstwhile Reliance Textiles ? operations are still continuing or not ?
Wonderfully explained..... Really good analysis... please keep up this good work 😊
Related Party transactions are really concerning when it comes to share holders as they expect the appreciation of their holding stock.

what is the benefit of joining member community. pl elaborate. do you offer any share trading tips?
If in case there is an index rebalancing, that will impact the index, but how is it related to the individual share price of this stock..? There is no MF invested yet and it seems no one is showing interest to buy.
Superb analysis...😊

Jio finance is highly expensive stock, it does not have any business still
There's a reason why it's in lower circuit
Don't know y these finfluencers fool people with good packaged commentary and sell their dabba courses
It is too we early to invest … watch for now and then invest if you perceive it will grow …
When will u buy it ?
2 - is thier a agreement to have use Aladdin by Jio Financial services?
aladdin can be used by any fin corp .. not limited by merger or such ... most MFs and Pension Funds do have access to Aladdin .
Sirje..Market likes profit and good valuation.
So Let us wait and watch.
Jio has data and Blackrock has Aladin ... enough reasons for me to invest
Akshat ne galat bola, 30 sec kaa 60 lakh nehi lagta hai, jiocinema per views kaa paisa leta hai, 10 sec kaa 1 slot hota hai
after getting membership i could not see your business prfile or stock profile pl arrange
Great analysis!!
As a developing country financial institutes play a major role.
what is the best price range to buy jio finanace?
Thank u Akshat ❤
Is it now a good time to consider now?
Was the video removed earlier? Came like 5 mins ago but was gone for a brief time.
Jio will enter into leasing, taking BlackRock international business experience, with environment mgmt in its favour. Hope good sense prevails ji before it is too late.🙏.
