I bought the watch point pack through the PlayStation store and I somehow managed to get into the game but none of the rewards/benefits showed up. It’s as if I don’t have it when I have confirmation I bought it. So when will I be getting them? Will this be fixed soon?

Same i've been playing the game since it came out! One of the few games that has stuck with me all these years... and im glad ...finalyl we get some new heroes and something new.. finally! So far no nmew heroes that interest me, but maybe in the future! Need something more manly ;D

I love ow1, have been playing it since launch and will definitely try 2 but to be honest, the battlepass not awarding enough currency to buy the next one is pretty much a dealbreaker for me. Not going to spend 10€ every 3 months for a single game. Especially if I am not sure if I have enough time to even finish the battle pass
U can get 500+ coins through weekly challenges, so u pay $5 for the next one if you grind those, and dw, if you play regularly it's easy to finish it, I played for maybe 2-3 hours and almost finished the first page

I lost all my hope after I heard about ow2 replacing the original game. All good things one day come to an end, indeed, but overwatch ending is very shamefull in my opinion. Nothing really changed but I somehow feel empty. I've been playing this game since 2016 and no matter what happened I will always consider overwatch as my best childhood game. I will miss it a lot. Rest in peace legend

I’ve never gotten more replay value out of a game than I did with OW, but my 6-year career is now at an end. I’ve made peace with it, I hope the sequel is a success but there needs to be a lot of changes (including a Legacy Mode) for me to come back.

Honestly cannot play it with a queue as long and I don’t want to use my phone as i forgot if it’s prepaid or post paid.
I HOPE you'll work on allowing people who have played for nearly a decade back into the overwatch universe.
Removing the phone requirement would be a start.
