      Canada games. He's playing in the weaker pool. Guy is super talented, and it looks like he's barely trying

      It's Canada Games which is a competition for the best elite u17 hockey players in all of Canada. But Gavin was playing in the weak division against the Territories and PEI. So not the strongest of competition

      He's been granted exceptional status for the CHL, which less than 10 players in history have ever achieved (basically he's eligable to play in the CHL at 15 instead of 16).

      @@kg_canuck not true at all, he hasn’t been granted exceptional status , as soon as his U18 team was eliminated in quarter finals for playoffs he was allowed to join the tigers.

      @DRUNKCANADIAN he has. I just posted a reply with a link but it got deleted. Just google Gavin McKenna Exceptional status. First result explains that the tigers scooped him up *as soon as they heard he was granted exceptional status.* He was playing Major Junior at 15. You cannot normally do that

      Misa will be very good, Kucherov is very good. But McKenna is the next one after Crosby/Ovi, Mcdavid, Bedard.

    The CBC stated that GM could be, "the next Conor Bedard". Excuse me? Conor Bedard isn't even 18 years old yet. His accomplishments in his life will one day be great, but not today. The CBC really needs to find a way to pile more pressure on these teenagers, sheesh. Actually, the CBC needs to find and employ ACTUAL journalists (if they still exist?), which is something we haven't seen in some time from the network.

      Michael Misa would have been better had he not been taken out this year by a ugly knee on knee. I get WHT you are saying anything can happen nothing has been proven but to shy away from what we are seeing and call it nothing is ridiculous.

    • @kelbale
      @kelbale Год назад

      @Matty Cash the only thing that's "ridiculous" is this NEED to find comparisons as if we don't have the eyes and brain to evaluate individuals. I don't need anyone's help to understand how it should be.
