If the Single Bench Judge denies to obey the order of the Division Bench, that tantamounts to be a Contempts of the Judiciary Process. How could a Justice interview in the News Channel , only choosing a Special News Channel. If the Single Bench Justice disobeys or denies the order of the Division Bench, that is nothing but a denial of Justice. As per the Constitution of our country, the Division Bench is superior to the Single Bench and as such the Singh Bench has to abide or obey the order of the Division Bench. It is mandatory. It is almost unfortunate to say how a Single Bench overruled the order of the Division Bench. How does a Justice speak in the public domain about it and mentioning the names of the political leaders and as to how he is openly castigated against any political leaders in the public domain, which undermines the dignity and honour of the Judiciary System.
