Fins fan here. Love Tua. I hope he'll be okay and choose whatever is best for him going forward. Injury aside, I love hearing Brett and EJ dissect football. I found them a month ago and listened to most of the team previews. They know ball and work off each other so well. Keep up the great work gents. You put in such entertaining and articulate work into your craft. It's a treat for us to unpack every episode. Cheers!
Wow, that is so funny Brett, that you said Cole reminds you of Micah. I heard the same thing first from Marcus Whitman. You two are the only people to have said that and it gets me even more hyped to see this kid develop
Came to watch to my favorite football analyst watch my bills, dominate, but stayed and loved the rate Davis talked. He was a draft crush of mine since I found out about him at the senior bowl. His backstory is inspiring. The foster system could not stop him, a linebacker is not gonna do it. Also Shaq Thompson needs to be traded to Buffalo.
Shitty for tua shitty for the fins shitty for football... hope he comes through alright, but its hard to imagine tua's nfl career continuing too far past tonight
EJ immediately went football, Brett immediately thought about Tua's long term health. Idk what that says about each but it is interesting to see the difference in reaction. Hope Tua recovers
i think it was really trying to push the show forward, not linger on the shitty thing that happened and give time until we can hear more abt tua's condition properly yk?
Tua really seems like a good dude. I hope he gets everything he reasonably can out of his life whatever path he chooses to walk.

Glad we got the win, but god, I hope Tua is okay. He really needs to think about his future now that he’s suffered ANOTHER concussion

2:33:52 the reaction to the Tua injury. 🙏
Hope Tua is okay. Him retiring would be best for him and the Dolphins at this point, though

EJ probably though long term too but you don't want 2 guys and the whole chat essentially thinking his career is over

EJ brother, no more Bears over Beers? Love this show but its not as Bears Centric as all podcasts should be.
