In admin account you can view "reportbutton" and in costumer acc you will not view the " reportbutton" The admin account is Username - admin Pass - jshshshs Username.text is textbox for username Loginfrm is for form1 Recordfrm is for form2 If username.text = "admin" then Reportbutton.visible = true Else Reportbutton.visible = false End Form2.show Me.hide / Me.close If you use me.close go to the properties and select "close last form" or if you want me.hide put this code in closeform event in form2 "form1.close" Put " if condition code" in load event of form2 There's a lot of code to do that but i think this is the simplest way. Ps: im not the owner of this video

Use condition in username then hide/unhide your controls. Thats the simple way
