Never Alone is a unique title originally created by Alaskan Native people as a way to share their culture with the world. Because of the tireless work from the Cook Inlet Tribal Council, Upper One Games (the first indigenous-owned game company in the USA), and E-Line Media, Never Alone sold millions of copies and is featured in classroom and art museums around the world. In this video, I explain the origin story of Never Alone and how the authentic vision for the development of this game led to its massive success.
