12:30 did anyone else notice how the CrossCountry Voyager magically grew rabbits’ ears on the windscreen? It’s great how it does it, legendary driver there to make the wipers do that. Brilliant work as always Jarrod!
I think the boys and girls at the Yard just wanted that nice shiny and frankly new looking 66. Great film, I truly enjoyed this. Congrats on the past interview, bring on more I say!
Brilliant video from a station that always delivers. Fantastic variety of trains including awesome 66s. Plus as you say what better way to finish a video than the superb and mighty 68. Keep safe, regards Gary.
Thanks ever so much, this was a great evening spent here and one that I will continue to come back to on a yearly basis, the 68 at the end was the icing on the cake for me
Belter there matey. Had my headset speakers on full for that 68 at the end, so I can only imagine how it sounded up close and personal. Liking that class more and more. Still doesn't beat the old 37's but it runs them close.
Thanks very much, I had top stay just a little longer than I normally would just to be able to capture the 68 pulling away, they are a joy to look at and listen to! But then in saying that the 37's do have that tremendous thunder as they pull off if they driver puts the hammer down!
Well to be honest I don't think this section of the line will ever see electrification, even it if does it would end here. As there are no plans for the CML to receive any electrification
Hey tornado, just thought you might find it interesting: there's an American locomotive that sounds exactly like the class 68 except way louder, called the MP36. You should check it out
another great vid..........cant understand why crosscountry dont put on another one or two coaches ..to get more profit ..??????..especially on its long distance journeys .if you get my meaning ?. #
Thanks very much, this was a great station to come to and the weather really made it all the more better. It would make more sense for XC to have longer trains running on their routes as they are always insanely busy
@@Tornado922 CrossCountry don't do this because of lack of Voyagers, Super Voyagers and HSTs. Hopefully XC will get the 221s from Avanti when they are done on the WCML and the 222s from EMR
The class 180 and the class 800 for trains going on main line while class 360/1 will be used for the Corby line and then class 156 and class 170 and class 171 being used for regional routes

There was 2 pairs of bunny ears.

What a beautiful sunset, such an ideel night for watching trains, thumbs up Jarred, as always
It was a stunner of an evening, very much enjoyed coming here
Great video. When you go to Coventry, the Leamington Spa to Nuneaton WMR trains may look like 170 turbostars but are actually 172s.
True, London overground was going to replace the 172s into 172\1 or just change the livery
Top class as always
Very enjoyable, thanks once again for your hard work
Thanks very much for saying so
Omg at 2:07 lol it is clearly a moneymaker wow rolling of my couch laughing 😂 Very nice video as always. Thanks x
It was the highest earning thing I had seen the whole day haha

Wonderful as always!
Thanks very much

Another great video sir 👍
Thanks very much
Fantastic video tornado
Thanks very much
has Oxford had a station upgrade of late, tracks look like theyve been renewed
The tracks have been fiddled with but as for the physical station I don't believe so
These are some super long platforms
I can't wait until electrification, the new CrossCountry bi-modes will use it too
Well to be honest I don't think this section of the line will ever see electrification, even it if does it would end here. As there are no plans for the CML to receive any electrification
Amazing video Tornado. The 66 at the start. OMG what was the point
Thanks very much, clearly someone somewhere thought that was worth the trip!
Maybe 66755 was taking that singular wagon for repairs

I'll give that a look later, thanks for letting me know
Very nice video 👍🍺
Thanks very much
@@Tornado922 that is very nice video keep up the good work I like your videos and I like your filming as well
P.S. That 68 is a Monster!
So on the side of that 66 at beginning of film why does it say f231 what is that supposed to mean
And u forgot to add cross country to the services at the station
It was the Registration of HMS Argyll (A ship) and it was put on to commemorate!
@@mattleeman8556 you are awesome

Have you ever been to America?
I've been to Florida, Los Angeles and Hawaii
When do u think u come to Nottingham with new trains coming in 2020 for EMR
The class 180 and the class 800 for trains going on main line while class 360/1 will be used for the Corby line and then class 156 and class 170 and class 171 being used for regional routes
I don't know when I will be going to Nottingham but I think it will be later this year
Can't wait to see that mate

Don't mind the pigeons throwing themselves at you - it's when they get the range with the b biological bombs that you need to worry!
They just seem to have a thing with me filming and them wanting to get in on the act haha
