Hello maam,humara plot 30*40 size hi .jisme NE me balcony rakhne ki iccha hi .mera ek doubt hi agar hum NE corner me bada sa balcony rakhle aur NW corner per children bedroom rakhe ,to kya ess se cut structure banega kya ?mera matlab ghar ka structure NE se cut rahega kya.pls suggest
Nice Video mam , my plot is east facing 40 by 49 size with a 9 feet extension in north west corner towards west side. So we are planning to construct 3 floor building by making it a square building 40 by 40 but can we project our utility/balcony in this extended area with 5 to 6 feet projection from building towards west of north west portion so that we get a 5 by 20 feet long utility area which makes us the huge cross area of our site. 1)in winter sunrise is in SE direction. so is it best for winter?
2) in summer sunrise is in NE direction is it average for summer?

You can have the Pooja room in the balcony provided it is in the north, NE or East direction. And the place is clean and the santity of the Pooja room is not disturbed.

बकवास शास्त्र. In North India the sun is always at south. But in South India it is different. In summer the sun moves at North. Vastu shastra originated in North India.
