    The Pastor was very knowledge and you conducted an excellent interview. I'm sure it's difficult to come forward when you're a public person.
    I'm in Alaska and often go alone into remote, fly in or boat in only places, areas and spend several weeks. On 2 occasions I've seen hairymen and they defiantly saw me as well. Nothing exciting, just so bizarre seeing something that isn't supposed to exist. I've also heard very loud screaming and laughing remote in an area there isn't people. It was shocking, funny and then very creepy. Thank you both, take care, Joe.

      The Yupik stories I heard growing up talked of a shapeshifter called Amikuk. They are reported to laugh like children to draw you to your doom. They remind me of the ignis fatuus. The ignis fatuus are spirits that lead you to your death if you follow them.

      @Saqua2289 I've heard kids or women laughing when I've been remote and alone. Not every time I'm out there.

      @@EbCeRe I still don't know what was talking and laughing etc.. I was informed by an elderly Native Alaskan woman it was probably two types of creatures. Neither were Sasquatch, but I don't remember what she called them.
      Leaving camp at night to look for something all alone isn't wise. I stay near the camp at night.

      I have been a fan of Fred's since his early days and what I noticed about the encounters he tells is once the human gets scared they normally react by firing warning shots overhead or directly at the sasquatch. One encounter the sasquatch was across a wide river going side to side and the guy panicked and fired shots I have never had an encounter I am no researcher but one thing I know is I would never knowingly raise my weapon to these specimen unless I'm looking for trouble. From what I hear that's where the fun begins. Just my 2.

      Do you have experience of sasquatches? I've heard there were two different clans there, one aggressive and one benevolent. Women has been taken since decades by the aggressive clan for breeding and "sexslaves". Three Inuite women from Prince of Wales Island have told their stories on Talk About Strange. Do you know anything about that?

    I’ve been to prince of wales island, klawock, hydaburg, craig,Ketchikan, metlakatla. My friend I met in Oregon is an Alaska native we got into the subject of Bigfoot and kushtakaa and all sorts of stuff. Her uncles and cousins all had their stories, some wild stuff. And those folks are the real deal - outdoorsmen, hunting, fishing, military vets army rangers that sort of folks. They showed me some stuff in muskeg areas that would be impossible for humans to do even with heavy equipment. They were pretty laid back about everything just I had my questions but I have no reason to doubt them. They had the patience because I was trying to learn about this but you could tell they were dead serious. Kushtakaa is a shapeshifter and a trickster don’t follow it don’t mess with it. You’ll hear it calling your name..
    Prince of wales is like Bigfoot central, surprised it’s not more common knowledge at least among the Bigfoot community

    Unusual to hear such an intelligent, nuanced interview in this field. The interviewer listens CLOSELY and asks direct yet subtle questions that are not limited to the basic view of this entity as just some kind of gorilla. Equally the interviewee is so full of knowledge and explicitly mentions the signs of reliable reports and evidenced beliefs. Well done.

      Not to say there can’t be a link to primates. The point is that there is a lot of evidence that it is not just a barely sentient primate.

    • @Saqua2289
      @Saqua2289 4 месяца назад

      I can only say what I've seen. I've never seen any evidence of Bigfoot being anything more than an unclassified primate. I've seen skinwalkers, and they are I believe what people are seeing & confusing with Hairy Man. Shape-shifters can assume any shape, including Bigfoot. But they aren't Bigfoot. Bigfoot's behaviors are very common among primates. Screaming, rock throwing, breaking branches, etc. Gorillas aren't mystical, and neither is Bigfoot.

Much respect how Alex would describe indigenous peoples by their tribe and not by the words Indian, native American or worse, one Sasquatch content creator introduced a First Nations guest as "Canadien American Indian', it was difficult to hear, but I guess we all learn in our own time, or not.

    Listening to the end, I have heard the language in Alaska! I am athabaskan. The language is very different- they speak a native like tongue but it pops its mouth the same time and it is so loud. You know they are a comfortable distance but it is so loud its like its ontop of you! When I heard them none of my family would wake! Im scared out my mf mind and I slapped ts out of my husband, i shook my kids, nobody would wake like they were in a coma! Usually my husband will wake up if I move a little bit, hes very protective of me even in his sleep, not this time. The bf did speak in my thoughts. Which i admit i was gripping my 45 knowing its a bb pellet to them up until I hear them in my head. I knew by what id seen in my thoughts and what they said theyve known me. Call me crazy but that speaking in your thoughts is real. I had a theory while on the road realizing by the podcasts that what id seen and heard in my childhood could of been there the entire time. So whn i got the chance to find out, its like they knew I knew and came to welcome me. Also the craziest thing happened, before that night i found out my older brother passed, my heart was broken and I was crying. I heard these birds singing all around my rv from the treeline, as beautiful as if angelic birds were singing. Oddest thing tho all ive ever heard sing out there is a magpie, seagulls and eagles by the river. Id heard singing of various birds and one stood out because id only heard that bird in Georgia but hind sight it all made sense. They were with me and when id left my orignal camp site id stayed at a place for one night on the way home that id stayed as a child to fish and dad said lets camp one more night right here. Man was that entire trip eventful and when we finally drove home I dont know why but I was crying with such sadness. It felt too soon and it would be so long before Id come back. I felt a missing ache in my spirit and it kept me crying but it seem like i was sharing that with someone special that was in my thoughts again. As a child i have vivid memories...maybe ill tell you someday.

I always wonder what purpose they serve. Also, has he heard of any dogman stories? For one thing, the American Hairyman is a lot different from the Australian Hairyman whom I've seen many many times and have a connection to them, yes they find you not the other way round..but..I do not speak with trauma in my voice nor do l have fear in my eyes. Not all experiences were non scary, the first two l nearly shit my pants as the glowing eyes were in effect..all the others though ?? Quite memorable for all the right reasons 🙌🙏

When he saod bigfoot always eat what they kill, like that is not a fact. In fact there are many accounts of them killing people and onlu eating parts as the witnesses have seen it done to animals and even people. Stories are out there. He sounds a little full of BS.

      I said the Bigfoot on POW Island eat what they kill. I don't know what Bigfoot do in the lower 48. I was told that by a Tlingit Elder. Most of the opinions you claim are BS are those expressed by the Native peoples of Prince of Wales Island. They have been observing these creatures for many generations. I will take their opinions over random internet trolls.
