✅ The dough
2 cups of flour _ 300 g
9 g fresh yeast
1/3 cup + 2 tablespoons of water _ 100 ml
1/4 cup olive oil _ 55 ml
1 tsp salt _ 5 g
Egg
✅The filling
200 g preserved tuna
120 g tomato sauce
3 boiled eggs
150 g of piquillo pepper

Estupenda empanada. Mi abuela en vez de pinchar con un tenedor, hacia un agujerito en la zona central de la empanada y le rodeaba con un rollito de pasta que pintaba con huevo. Por ahí salia el vapor de la coccion de la pasta y el atún. Tambien le añadia a la masa medio vaso de leche entera. Quedaba impresionante
