上衣建议三层，裤子两层。
上衣：内衣（吸汗）+ 中层（保暖）+滑雪服
裤子：保暖裤+滑雪裤
其他：防水手套，滑雪袜，雪镜，脸罩，头盔。
尽量不要选择棉质的衣物。
注意防晒。
小建议：手套和脸罩可以备两份。

准新年快乐！穿双板鞋最好在脚伸进去同时把鞋“舌头”往上拉，就更好进入。我们自己的小窍门：滑雪前一天可以把雪鞋放在暖气/空调房，环境温度高一点鞋子会相对软一点，第二天更好穿。
