- His Eminence Metropolitan Nicholas of Detroit was invited to pray at the Ecumenical Vesper Service at St. John Armenian Orthodox Church in Southfield, Michigan on Wednesday, October 14th. The service was an area wide offering of prayer for peace and resolution to recent violent conflicts between Azerbaijan and Armenia. His Eminence reminds us that love moves first in resolving conflict, as demonstrated by God moving to save us when we were unable to do anything ourselves.
