You should probably redo Naruto as madara uchiha except the au is they don’t know Naruto they heard of him from there elder Council and kages and Naruto was born in the third hokage era and all they know is Naruto uchiha is the most feard and badass and evil man of the elemental nations and put they knowed he fought hashirama senju but some of them didn’t believe it and the rest is up to you my friend

So Naruto is born on October 19th same year as Minato to Tsunade and Dan, when Naruto went to the academy he meets Minato and Kushina the get along, Minato and Naruto both had a interest in creating new jutsu wich would lead to the creation of the flying raijin and all the other techniques Tobirama invented (only the flying raijin would be created by both Minato and Naruto) Hiruzen would be the Second Hokage in this universe and Hashirama would live longer then in cannon so he was able to meet Naruto, Naruto would become the third Hokage after Hiruzen stepped down but during the third shinobi world war Naruto would be killed in combat against the Gold and Silver brothers Hashirama would die a few days later due to unknown reasons Tsunade would be devastated by this and travel for some time around the world with Dan and Shizune, Naruto had chosen that Minato would take his place if he died so Minato becomes the fourth Hokage, nine tails attack still happens but Minato and Kushina had two kids Menma and Naruko Minato would sacrifice him self selling the Chakra in to Menma and Naruko and the Sole in Kushina, Hiruzen would become Hokage again and Tsunade and Dan would help Kushina with Menma and Naruko (yes Dan's gonna be alive in this one) then we follow cannon up until the chunin exams where the casualties for the leafy will be lower the in cannon because Tsunade will be there and the battle will be shorter but Orochimaru and Hiruzen will still fight and Orochimaru would use the edo tensei reviving Hashirama and Naruto to fight Hiruzen (Naruto had a scroll where he kept all the jutsu he created listed in Orochimaru had copied down the notes regarding the edo tensei before the scroll was sealed away) Naruto has Tobiramas opinion on the Uchiha clan
