Seeing this live match on TV I was reminded of our soccer team of the times of 1956 onward to 1975 .Then great soccer stars like Chuni Goswami, PK Bannerji, Jarnail Singh, Inder Singh , Balaram, Aziz ,etc dominated the soccer scene .In those days soccer stadiums were jam-packed to see the matches. Seeing this live match on TV I was reminded of our soccer team of the times of 1956 onward to 1975 .Then great soccer stars like Chuni Goswami, PK Bannerji, Jarnail Singh, Inder Singh , Balaram, Aziz ,etc dominated the soccer scene .In those days soccer stadiums were jam-packed to see the matches.
