Thank you Mick. Very nice review of this turquoise. Ink reviews can be so formulaic. Your's is really, really watchable and much appreciated! Jack PS... I also really like Lamy black!
I consider it one of the 5 best inks (lamy), I have 5 colors and they have all been exciting, better price and very good presentation, internally they have a space to rest the nib while loading ink.
Lovely ink very bright performs well. With good consistency. However Robert Oster Fire & Ice is far more to my taste and whilst a lot more expensive is in my mind vastly superior.
Hello! Pity, but my experience with lamy inks is not so positive. I have lamy blue. This is the worst ink I have in my collection. This ink behaves very badly in all my pens and on any paper. Maybe it's something wrong with my particular bottlle but it is what it is....
Lamy Blue leaves MUCH to be desired. This turquoise is the only standard line Lamy ink I would own. I like some of their special editions (Petrol, Dark Lilac, Turmaline, even Bronze, though not as much) and their crystal line is nice but way too expensive for what you get in my opinion.
I have had the opposite experience, of course I use cheap absorbent papers, and benefit from its lack of bleed through. I use the blue and black frequently. I like the turquoise color, but had issues in some pens, including a Lamy Vista, which being from the same company should not be the case.
I got this ink when I bought the gift set with the Aquamarine. I thought it would be an okay ink. Turns out I love it.
I really like Lamy Blue and it will probably be my next ink purchase ( I have a 1 in 1 out rule with ink so I consistently have 5-6 at a time )

So sorry I never ordered the Dark Lilac.
I keep hoping they will re-release it... it's such a beautiful ink.
This is the one turquoise I own. Quite lovely!
