- B1P-40-E | Siemens NX 2007 Tutorial Modeling | This last expert course shows further possibilities for creating, controlling and orienting curves in 3D space. A simple compression spring with a rectangular wire cross-section and applied ends serves as an exercise part, because it already shows typical problems that also have to be solved in the modelling of screw conveyors, milling cutters or turbine blades: How can a cross-section be oriented along the guide?

Amazing!
Very nice thanks.
Please make video on cross sealer crimpers for the packing machine

I have some images which can be shared

Thank you. Is it possible to get a contact surface greater than 270 degrees?
I do not know what you mean, please explain your problem in more detail
@learnNX.
That's okay, because your method allows you to increase the upper and lower contact area. It is very easy to control. I used to use a spiral and change the pitch according to the law of the curve.
