"Now it's time to get stampy." Indeed! I love your videos. When I'm stressed or having a tough time and need some serenity, I return to your content. So thank you for doing what you do!
I’m SOOO glad to hear you’re doing an in-depth set up video. The pencil layouts before going over with pens and adding all the fun stuff is the bit I seem to hate the most and sometimes holds me back from setting up the next month in my bujo. Hopefully you’ll have some tips/tricks on how you do your pencilling first 🤩
The tiles does give me a Mediterranean feel and it makes me yearn for summer. Leaves are slowly starting to sprout where I live and I can’t wait for sun and warmth. Hmm, might have to think about having the finances on another journal because it’s useful but I don’t really like it in my journal. I do have plenty of journals I don’t know how to use😂
A video about how you plan your themes sounds amazing- I can't wait for next week! I also love the insight into how you can make a simple bullet journal theme and still have it look good- I hate my April one because I realised two days into the month that I'd still not set it up & so had to very hurriedly rush to put something together- I'm setting up my May month now to avoid being in the same position!
You mentioned that you are trying something new and working out the things that aren't serving you anymore. I really needed to hear that. Sometimes I put a lot of pressure on myself to "do things the right way" in my journal, even though they don't necessarily work for me. Which causes me to interact with my journal less. Thank you for sharing ❤
Love the creativity with your supplies, so encouraging! I have more stamps than I need so I have no more excuses to keep them in their boxes. Beautiful spread, it came out lovely.
I love those stamps you used, elegant and charming. Good for you moving your expenses and financials to separate journal. This way you can have all your income, expenses next to each other to reflect on each month, quarterly, and yearly to set limits and see what is working vs. what is not working.
Thanks Joyce! I do already have all the data (in a spreadsheet as well as the journal because small business life) but my mum kept a similar book of finances when I was a kid - I’m surprised it took me this long to end up with one of my own!
That was on purpose - I’m testing out wrapping the weeks around so the next spread will have Sunday - Friday, and the following will have Saturday - Thursday etc!
I’m Portuguese , and you are right the stamps are really similar to our tiles! Love you Chanel and your videos ❤
Southern hemisphere bullet journaling brings me joy you should dive into our seasons slightly 🥰
Sometimes I do! I didn’t set out to make this summery, it just kind of happened 🤣

Out of all the months of setup i loved this month's theme the most
Thank you so much! 🥰
The "tiles" are very pretty.
I love those stamps!!!
I think it was a good idea to do a 'simpler' painted theme.
I love this theme SO MUCH!!!
these colors are so beautiful together!

This set up is stunning. It's seems that the decor was fairly simple to execute too!
This is my favorite theme you’ve done! I absolutely love it! ❤

You’re so creative, I love your videos-you give me so many ideas. I just discovered your channel like a week ago 😁
Isn't she!?
I found her about a month ago. I'm basically obsessed with her creativity.

Love how the stamped tiles look! And the colors. Beautiful!
Absolutely gorgeous set up Erin, I love those stamps with the paint pens. :)
Love ittt ❤❤❤
When you first mentioned the spending tracker I thought you'd got rid of it! I was like who are you and what have you done with Erin 👀
Haha I’m so glad you already knew I would never 🤣
It's adorable!!! But you forgot Sunday and the last planning sheet xx
That was on purpose - I’m testing out wrapping the weeks around so the next spread will have Sunday - Friday, and the following will have Saturday - Thursday etc!
Here May is THE spring month, so I'm not even close to summer yet. 😅
