    Russian forces have bombed the center of Kharkiv. The city's mayor, Igor Terekhov, reported that a skyscraper was hit. At least 16 people were injured as a result of the Russian attack. Following the Russian attacks, emergency response teams quickly mobilized in the affected areas to provide medical assistance to the injured and secure the sites. Meanwhile, the Ukrainian army announced its withdrawal from some areas of the northern front in the Kharkiv region, where Russia launched an offensive on May 10th.
