I've been searching and searching for a recipe that comes out as a perfect loaf with beautiful bubbles and an amazing crust. Came across your blog via Pinterest and I've gone and made my very first PERFECT sourdough loaf. I can't tell you how excited I was!!! This is the one I will be making for the rest of my life.
