Yeng Constantino - "Hawak Kamay" Live at OPM Means 2013!

Yeng Constantino started writing would-be hit songs at a young age. As proof, her most famous song "Hawak Kamay" was written when she was only 14 years old. The heartwarming song about friendship is dedicated to Yeng's cousin who left home.
The song became popular when Yeng Constantino performed it together with her fellow constants in Pinoy Dream Academy. After the competition, other versions came out as well as opportunities of it being used as the official soundtrack of some Star Cinema movies.
So far, the pop rock singer has released five albums and has performed a couple of times outside the country. On February 22, she will be in Norway with Xian Lim and in April, she's set to do a European tour with ABS-CBN heartthrob Daniel Padilla.
