Sadly very few people would be able to stand up to Darkseid, less they can use or control radion. Which from what i read comes from aquariums? So i guess a form of light control? Even then...the opponent would have to have a way to not get pummeled or vaporized to death. But given darkseids ego and the ability to underestimate his opponents hed lose.
