Ok I’m not an arsenal fan, but aubameyang just lacks confidence. The premier league can drain players because it’s so difficult to perform on a consistent basis year in year out, especially with the role aubameyang has been given. He’s a phenomenal player, as a Belgian Lukaku had similar times, with confidence players become unstoppable. Look at Lukaku now in a team and role he is comfortable with, form is never permanent, ability is.

They did the EXACT same thing under Emery, majority of these players are the same ones. Yes Arteta should now stop selecting certain ones but if he goes and we bring in whoever they will still have to manage this bunch until they are offloaded which won't be in January so you'll get a little response, like we did with Aterta and then they will screw the new manager over. By that point we would be through 3 managers and one was a club legend and these players couldn't get up to save his job, so they this give a toss if we continue to roll the dice. Arteta needs his players and the deadwood needs to be out. Until it happens we could have Pep, Mourinho WHOEVER, it won't change as these players don't CARE.
