@@ToolsAndStuffOFFICIAL the new 40v Makita Band Saw just got released here in the States is that something you will be getting your paws on anytime soon?
Thank you very much! This is more information than anyone else (ahem... belts and boxes) has given us! I know they are being held to an embargo, but we can't get even a little bit of information? Especially after that March 31 tease!?
I don't like Milwaukee's -1 degree adjustment on the shoe. My friends saw would accidentally slip into that adjustment and he would notice it after making a bad cut. Seems pointless when you can usually just turn the saw around anywhere
From the way I read the patent, there's still a positive stop at 0° and 45°, and you have to hit an override button to go past those. So hopefully that won't be an issue with this saw.
@@DoresoomReviews I feel like they all have that and maybe my friends just gave out at some point. I know I like their tools just fine besides that and the loose chuck issue on gen3 impacts, also that the Surge always needs rerpairs. In writing this I am starting to wonder if they have any solid impact driver out on the market right now. I heard they have a new one on the way though
Well, well, well, the sleepy dog has awoken... Rendering artists putting in major overtime to get this one out. (There is a GOD and he told Milwaukee to "GET IT DONE") lol Thanks for the update!
Yeah no ill buy the ryobi one when I need too because 1. That's the batteries I have anyway and 2. The ryobi one looks like a better saw once you get it adjusted and is probably way cheaper.
Oh Man! I hope it’s at least as cool as the Lego version that Belts and Boxes unveiled back in early Spring! I’m certain I can’t afford either one, but I can’t wait to see it nonetheless!
You and me both. If it is not compatible and as good of quality, I won't have one even if I am on the battery platform. A track saw for me is a 1 time purchase and if I am going to spend as much money as it will probably going to cast, I a going to get a one of the top tier ones based on performance and quality, not the name on the side.
That’s right ! I got all the makita tracks And got the makita corded track saw.. and I love it just as good as the festool. But I have to say th ts75 saw a nice to cut thicker boards.
I’m waiting for the Makita 40v XGT Top Handle Chainsaw to hit North America. I don’t like the set up Ego has for their top handle chainsaw but Tools & Stuff showed off what the Makita 40v can do and it certainly was impressive!
Is it just me? Or is there a fundamental flaw in how the tracks / rails connect? Over time, the tracks go out of alignment, albeit by 1/4 over 110”, but that’s a very big deal! Regardless of how you tighten, it’s be had major issues with these not staying straight. I was hoping they would improve the track / rail system.
My 13 yr old festool is on its last leg so this I great news! And thankful it has a riving knife which make free handing cabinet scribes amazing 👏 👏👏 . In 13 yrs of using it I'm not sure I've ever used that upper handel. Please announce at nps soon #milwaukee !
What i dont understand is, how is it that nobody in America has seen it yet. I'm from the Nederlandse and i was at a build expo last friday. And at the milwaukee stand thay were showing the milwaukee traksaw and trak. I thought i would see it on youtube way bevore it would be shown here in europe. I which i had made a picture.
This looks suspiciously like our LEGO Milwaukee Track Saw. I’m calling our lawyer.
I hope you have your engineering notebook well documented! 🤣
I was thinking the same thing...
First they steal your music, and now your track saw! 🤷🏻♂
Dream dream Big BLESSED BE THE BARREL GRIP
Not as excited, since I've picked up the XGT track saw. Still love seeing it! 👍🏻
Yeah it's hard to make any sensible argument against the Makita track saws
Thank goodness! Finally real information and not a bunch of click bait from other channels. Thank you!!!
I can't wait. Thanks again for your research and postings.
Thankfully it looks much better than the horrifically ugly Dewalt plunge saw.
Can you could do a review on this when it's released? Put it up against the Makita and the DeWalt
@@wftseriously6694 hopefully...
@@ToolsAndStuffOFFICIAL the new 40v Makita Band Saw just got released here in the States is that something you will be getting your paws on anytime soon?
@@treebossmike8818 Possibly. I've had a little play with it.
😂 Every time I see that thing I have that same reaction. 🤣

Milwaukee probably tested this tool with people with large thumbs and 12.0 battery’s so the battery near the handle shouldn’t be an issue
That's probably the case, it just looks awkward in the photos.

lol
The Ryobi looks like a great saw, but I don't think it's going to be higher quality than the Milwaukee. You're definitly right about price though!
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
My main tracksaw is the makita. I bought the Ryobi to review it.
It. Just. Suxxxxxxx
I expect the Milwaukee to be the real deal.

The Belts and Boxes Lego version was epic! 😂
😂 I don't know. That'll be pretty hard to top!
Hard to beat lego
@@ToolsAndStuffOFFICIAL Amen to that, Brother!
It should hold together and handle a blade just a bit better
As long as it’s compatible with the festool and makita tracks I will be vary happy

Hopefully Dewalt will make a 20v max tracksaw now!
Finally....any news on that top handle chainsaw?? Or any pruners coming.. either hand held or quik lok attachment
I haven't seen anything new on the top handle, no news on pruners either. Although the M12 hedge trimmers shows they're thinking more OPE.

Not like a circular saw compatibel whit a trak.
What is a patent, I am noob
A patent is a legal protection that prevents other companies from copying a design.
