For those that decide to trash talk Pellek, you should really do some studying. He might not sound like the bands that he sings songs from, but that doesnt make him bad. Alexa hit the nail on the head. Pellek is taking their songs and putting his voice and passion into them. There's nothing wrong with that. If you think there is, you should really just leave the internet
My only complaint was not being able to hear the guitar parts lol hes an undeniable talent, obviously, but this is the ONLY time ive preferred a cover of slashs work over the original, and it sucks that it wasnt just an instrumental cover. So, yes, i talked shit. Cant remember what exactly lol but i meant no slight to the man, or you.

No me importa lo que digan los ultramegafanáticos: Pellek, lo hiciste genial, te escucho siempre y nunca me decepcionas. Charlie Parra, eres orgullo para el Perú. Y si, si creo que es mejor que la original. Para los que critican a Pellek por no imitar a Axel... Creo que deberían no ser fanáticos religiosos de una banda ;) Pellek es excelente =)

Everyone here is going on about how pellek can't imitate axl or how he didn't suit the song. Guys you need to realize this isnt a tribute song or a tribute band. It's a cover. The interpretation is the deal here not imitation. And everyone on youtube has his own way, own voice and own style to interpret the songs. I find this to be an excellent job by both musicians and think you guys should be open to new voices. They have a talent that needs to be respected. About pellek, he has a distinctive and strong voice and he has a great control of it, that most of the famous people we call "musicians" today don't. The very first time i heard his voice i found it too light. Afterwards I figured that it doesn't sound so awkward it actually sounds quite nice.

So I'm watching this after 8 years from its date, and I'm extremely happy of how Pellek has developed his singing voice/vocal range. I'm pretty sure if he redid a cover of this he'd hit those high notes easily and amazingly. :) People here who were hating on him should see his new videos.
I play guitar and can play this, but you sir, are great! Pallek has a radically powerful voice, but you sir, havea gift as well, you two have the gift of ROCK!!

So you all made statements about Pellek being a bad singer just because the guy has his own voice and doesn't want to copy anyone? Oh wait, why am I expecting any better of internet....
You're right. He has his own style. Maybe the haters are just missing the Axl Rose(original) version of the song.
Pellek has a very clean incredibly powerful metal voice, which may not be perfect for some dirty rock'n'roll. That's probably what's buggering people. It's their disability to tell the difference that let's them be so mean. Dear God, that boy has a set of pipes to die for and an amazing vocal range. Together with Charlie's playing it makes this old lady extremely happy.
To tell the truth, I'm jealous of his powerful voice. I wish I can sing as good as him.
The voice is powerful, His voice just oddly sounds a bit out of place. I'm not sure if it's the key he's used to singing in is what the issue might be. Its like the music and the voice fight for attention. Despite Axl's (in my opinion) poor ability to hit notes and sound good, it seems that version works possibly because of that fact. Slash's work takes center stage and its as if Axl simply goes with it, just letting the guitar tell the story, while he adds a little. Maybe that's part of the magic. I didn't much like the cover, but damn, gotta respect the voice.

Uno de los mejores covers que he tenido el placer de escuchar. Como fan de guns que me considero, creo que este no trata de superar al original, ya que todos sabemos que Axel es ante todo un genio del momento, pero si que le ha dado un toque personal y muy llamativo. Good Job Pellek y grandioso trabajo Charlie.
No entiendo porque lo comparan con Axl no es necesario imitar a alguien para hacer una canción quiere su propia versión cual es el problema :v y está muy buena

Pero no queda bien este tipo, no es por compararlo con axl, he escuchado covers con buenas voces, ya se podían ahorrar a este tal pellek, no es por su voz, es que le da un toque diferente(malo a mi parecer), me se totalmente la letra de la canción y este tipo me hacía olvidarla en el momento en el que iba la canción

Aclaro: siempre me ha gustado como canta Pellek, y no está mal. Amazing!!!! This is absolutely FUCKING amazing!!!! I have always loved this song, but always hated the Axl Rose vocals...I was 11 years old when appetite was released, but I always loved Slash´s tone. Much BETTER than the original...I´m not gay, but I´d fucking kiss this vocalist (Pellek?) if I´d ever meet you...You´re absolutely the best for this!!! I´m stunned and fucking starstruck...
