Thanks for introducing this to me. I use ProClip in my vehicles but their system doesn’t have an ideal MagSafe attachment yet. Luckily the 20mm ball mount on the Bulletpoint will play nicely with my setup.
I think for the price point and the reputation of the company that they should have backed their product - whether you were the original owner or not. How often do these break that they couldn't give you a new bolt or spring? Instead of shipping you a $1 bolt and looking like a class act - they made you spend another $65. This video tells me NOT to buy from these people. Not sure why you are still so happy with them. I'm not impressed. Another instance of poor customer service. Thanks for your review!
@donihop appreciate your reply, I completely understand your take, and I'm glad my video helped to inform you, which is why I make them. I agree, I personally was disappointed that they did not cover the product under their warranty, but their warranty terms are clear. Many lifetime warranty companies only honor the original purchaser. While such a gesture would have been nice and represented outstanding customer service, to expect it on my end, IMO, would border on entitlement. Again, it would have been nice, I would have appreciated it, but I can accept that their policy is their policy and they didn't need to do something special or different just for me. That issue aside, their products have been outstanding to use, one of the best bang for the buck values in car accessories for the utility I get out of them. I use it every time I get in the car, and aside from the singular failure, they have been fantastic. Thanks for the sensible comment and support! I sincerely appreciate it, and you never know, maybe if the company sees this video and this exchange they will reconsider how they treat cases like this in the future. Cheers brother!🍻
