No baba can help in this sam, you have all hormonal changes, we are of same age, same circumstances, emotional with our pets, now pogo is unwell im so anxious because we are like this by nature, trust me you can only balance health till menopause, and understand this period, im a happy go person but suddenly mood swing, anxious, my immunity goes down, bp high, depressed, by gods grace i have everything in life, lost my 2 pets and left with pogo who is almost 14. Pls start yoga, deep meditation, sometimes aerobics or dance you like but taking care of your feet, gym should be not everday ,body needs rest also, main factor is mind. Diet also needs to be balanced means with proper hormonal balance food. Increase estrogen levels, good fats and good probiotics❤.
