How this bs lags less than my 1050ti with i5-9400f setup set to full low, FSR high performance and freaking 720p??? The only thing I see is a god damn slideshow

Guys is this because of RAM? i have RTX 2050 4gb Nvidia and 8 gb of ram and this much performance i get
