Frank still changed the micro the hard way, on the table where it slipped around & could slip off onto the floor or scratch the table as well as contaminate the table with fine dust & germs. What can be easier than inverting the motor into the container, pulling off the micro, then it's in a stable position for replacing with a clean micro. Specially if it's on the floor & your above it. I've been doing em this way for 22 years. Andy
