Cumberland float tube

This is my Cumberland Beast with some mods i did.When i say 25 hours that is doing it over a 2 month period couple hours a week in my spare time,was fun to do cant wait to go fishing in mid may.Also i forgot to show in the video that the motor and battery have quick connects and also the PWM Box has so if the PWM fails i can just plug the battery to the motor direct no speed control that way but at least you can get to shore.And i also have a pair of fins and paddle.1Thing to remember if you make something like this remember the bottom where the battery box is it is open it is just a mesh therefor you need to keep the battery in a battery box and make sure you make it high enough to where the battery sits right behind your seat at the same height also want to give props to Fisher Newb for the idea for the rod holders like i said in the video put my own spin on the holders,The motor mount is all me my own original idea and that is the point not to make same as everyone else get creative and sky is the limit and hope this helps someone wanting to make something similar thanks for watching Cheers.

It is a mount you can find on Amazon it came with the rod holder that is on the tray.It is made to fit a float tube if you type in rod holders for float tube you will see a few pop up hope that helps Cheers.

It holds 350lbs with me and the load on it is 260lbs and it floats fine. I only took it out 1 time last year and it worked great, i will be making some vids this year of the tube in the water and will post them Cheers.
