How to find Operation Werewolf Ace SU-47 Gadfly "Mission 14 Cape Rainy Assault"

During Operation Werewolf, The code-name for the fourteenth mission of the game, AKA Mission 14 Cape Rainy Assault, You have to complete a certain criteria for the special aircraft to spawn in, in this instance it is fly through the valley quickly.
