I'm actually talking about how it DOESN'T bother parents. Some parents are careless. And taking away the electronics is something that SHOULD'T be done, it's just that parents should sometimes look at what their children are watching or doing in the internet.

It's not like he just randomly said that Snoop Dog is so high and then Miley Cyrus bragged about how she is too because she thinks it's cool. They were just speaking about how Miley Cyrus and Snoop Dog are really similar, he said Snoop Dog is so high, and Miley Cyrus said that she is too, to humorously attest to how they are similar. Besides, she's just being open about it. People who are smoking pot don't have to act like they aren't.

This change in style may also benefit her if she decides to act again as it may prevent her from being typecast into the pretty, goofy Miley Stewart/Hannah Montana character. I also feel that she is trying to reach an older fan base with her new image, an older fan base will mean a less easily influenced fan base, one that has already formed its own ideology and so does not need someone to model themselves after.
