Halfway through this and it is pretty much useless. This is a sales pitch, not a Master Class. How do you realistically configure the source? how do you release parts by batches? how do you configurer the different distribution funtions for the part creation? How do you configure process times in each station I mean REAL process times with distribution functions for them, how do you realistically configure faults? I you want to add workers, how do you specify the real distance between stations? how do you specify lunch breaks and smoking/bathroom breaks? All of this that I mention is basic stuff. At 16:24 we don't care about pretty and fancy, we want real results, it doesnt matter if it has great animations if my simulation can't realistically mimic the existing proccess and therefore I can't try improvements that provide real results.

Exactly 😅 that's why Anylogic is the king 👑 of simulation software. It takes a lot time to master but you can really simulate real world's constraints
