Spoilers below Fun episode for sure! Loved the intro and I liked how they used Survivor South Africa music for it. J seems like a very positive upbeat person but yeah, that mistake was quite big and that’s the reason to get voted out sometimes. The twist seems very interesting, could spice things up later. Ellie voting Emily I feel like will be relevant later. I assume she picked J unless she chooses her pair later on after tribal? I’m surprised the production thing with Ian already came out so big target in him moving forward. I figured it would last a little bit. Speaking of big targets, love George already and others in the cast. Excited for what is to come! Lots of potential moving forward.
spoilers below J fully thinks his confessionals are as epic as Dylan's! PLEASE! every single instant of this was so many endorphins I'm living for the drama and this great cast I could binge watch this season right now in one sitting!!!!! and there were so many people that I can't wait to see get more screen time hopefully as long as they made long confessionals with great content *manifesting* jack is adorable Abby and Stephanie are legends and goddesses Ellie served point blank and the period but that being said I'm already mourning how covid will wreck the plans for this season intro was epic I love that it feels different from usual ones and ends with a series of torches being snuffed lol KATIE AND GEORGE IM SHOOK IM SO SHOOK this tea was dropped so subtly and abruptly like HELLO PAUSE and I do love them both so much including Katie already very smart of everyone on sokka to say no one court Ellie's vote but also..... not very team tv of you! but anticipating the difference maker to be a spicy twist later on and I'm obsessed with parv being up on the board(less obsessed with the choice of Sandra, Boston rob, and Russell hantz being up on the board when spradlin-wolfe, vlachos, Sophie, Wentworth, cirie, and Jeremy were right. there. I could go on) Lynsey feeling confident in an alliance with George and Katie and showing them the idol clue had me in complete shock girl plEASE. be SERIOUS! and the editing of that segment was clASSIC so delicious grace showing her clue to those 4 boys didn't seem like the safest bet to me either smh (even if one of them hadn't been the one and only survivor Michigan editor extraordinaire and a close personal friend of the most competitive former players ever) but what do I know Ian's confidence is astounding (and I loved the editing subtly trolling him) it feels like he is straight channeling coop and Leah at all times I did miss funny occupations on the screen under the names during confessionals can we get those pls Luke using "we're 2 of the powerhouses" and "I'm big" with a straight face no disclaimer???? spoilers -Good first episode, had a very relaxed S1 one feel which is very much a compliment. It might be the weakest of all 6 premieres? but by no means it was bad, it felt like the other seasons came out swinging a lot more. I think a lot of this cast appears quiet now but has the potential for big breakout episodes. -I had the same Woodstock poster as Stephanie; those college poster sales have to update their inventory. -Saw some on the discord say some of the cast is underdeveloped, yep that’s what happens with 55 minute episodes, be careful what you wish for. The shortest Michigan ep ever is S1E3 at a crisp 42:39, could that record be beaten? -Even if we didn’t know the 4 Production members previously they would still stand out, they’re all good at giving confessionals. Ian may not have seen every molecule of Survivor Michigan yet but he knows what makes good reality TV (and at this point had finished editing the best season, S2). -George started this thing with Katie because he saw first hand how well the Alexes secret relationship worked in S1. -The return of George could mean the imminent return of George’s Dad and the very Dad-like challenges of S1. Bolo Toss! Cornole! -Just from the eye test we could have another El Norte on our hand’s with the Sokka tribe, but maybe they’ll bounce back like that character’s trusty boomerang. -J nooo don’t make fun of the other tribe’s name Sarah G made that mistake in S1. I was trying to figure out what famous person J looks like and I think he’s a skinny George Kittle. -Next week’s Difference Maker: Connor Stallions
That’s a bummer for a first boot he seemed to be one of the few with a big personality. Not loving the inclusion of the production team without saying anything tbh
We hope you enjoyed the first episode! Fill out the post-episode poll here:

@KnightOfTheRomantics Sorry about that, it should work now!
This should be interesting given the fact that this was in 2020 and in about a few weeks they are all about to get blindsided
Let the Ian Villain arc Begin
Oh god the 60 min episode feels sooo much more digestable than the 90 last season
90 would’ve been great with an all star but the gameplay and Leah’s list and the whole “no betrayals” really soured the season
a new generation of survivor michigan woohoo🔥
Seeing and hearing the voices of previous contestants brings me so much joy lol
J seemed like he was a great person, would love to see him on future season
Im so hype for this season!! The best Collage Survivor out there!!

jack is adorable Abby and Stephanie are legends and goddesses Ellie served point blank and the period
but that being said I'm already mourning how covid will wreck the plans for this season
intro was epic I love that it feels different from usual ones and ends with a series of torches being snuffed lol
KATIE AND GEORGE IM SHOOK IM SO SHOOK this tea was dropped so subtly and abruptly like HELLO PAUSE and I do love them both so much including Katie already
very smart of everyone on sokka to say no one court Ellie's vote but also..... not very team tv of you! but anticipating the difference maker to be a spicy twist later on and I'm obsessed with parv being up on the board(less obsessed with the choice of Sandra, Boston rob, and Russell hantz being up on the board when spradlin-wolfe, vlachos, Sophie, Wentworth, cirie, and Jeremy were right. there. Wow, that was something
Solid start
I’m terrified of what covid will do to this season…
Is this the next evolution of Fans vs Favorites? Fans vs Production? Let's see how it goes.
NGL not a lot of personalities standing out rn but it is early. Rooting for Abby and Anne
Such a great episode can’t wait for the next episode
LFG
Lets go, so psyched for this season!
POSSIBLE SPOILERS
Noah is giving me winner energy. Ian going home first episode would have been brutal. I'm loving his villain energy.
